Fun and exciting - Our tour guides were entertaining and the boat ride was fun. You MIGHT get a little wet from the spray of the water, but not bad.

Big fun - Exiting, high Speed; we had really big fun and the people were friendly. Some information about the area were also given. The booking procedure was simple and quick.

Miami must do - Amazing trip. Great captain and the guide was full of dad jokes along the way. Great for families and bigger kids. Only wish it was longer and went further up the beach.

Short lived fun 😃 - Really meh…Okay but way too short the boat ride was fun we saw a dolphin but to be honest I don’t care who the heck lived in what mansion. If I wanted a mansion tour I’d have signed up for one. I signed up for a thriller ride but it was a meh ride to be honest. Some speed but more blah blah about who lives in what house no one can afford! Who cares we want more thrills!! The kids liked it to a certain extent, seeing the dolphin was the highlight. The staff was courteous enough and funny. I’m not sure about the whole tipping thing, it didn’t really matter to us but you should pay your operators a living wage.

Great experience! - Our boat was on time. Our tour guide explained what to expect. Our captain did a great job with the thriller ride. The music was also great. We had a good time!

Ladies (& dudes with long hair) plat it up! - Overall it was a good experience for the family and was thrilling at times when the Capt. could safely go full throttle. The ‘tour’ element wasn’t as good as we were hoping mainly because we were certain if said you would go down to South Beach and the guide even said at the start we’ll see the long white sandy beaches of Miami Beach but the furthest we went was to Star Island which is practically no further than the Port of Miami area which must be amazing when there are cruise ships in port but sadly for us there was non. The guide however was knowledgeable, fun and engaging. Things to be mindful of. They play the music loud. When I say loud I mean over 100 decibels for more than 20 minutes which is actually considered dangerous for human hearing. I’m not being a prude - just stating a fact. I do however a job which is dependent on passing annual hearing tests so I’m probably more acute to things like this than others. Seat belts are provided and despite the extensive waivers you are made to sign there wasn’t much of a safety brief but it did feel safe and secure at all times which was good. And a plea to the ladies. Please tie your hair up! The rows of seats are close together and for the whole trip I had a lady’s hair hitting me on the face. It was braided Afro hair whipped the side of my face hard at times. This sadly did impact of my personal experience. It’s a shame Bayside parking is horrendously priced as you can only really access this area by car if you are staying outside downtown but that obviously has nothing to do with the businesses here - just something else you have to factor into your budget (it was $10 an hour).

Watch your credit card. - The speed tours was amazing. Went with my two grandsons. The problem is that they charged my credit card and extra $36 plus fees. I didn’t authorize this charge. I paid full in advance. Otherwise, I would’ve rated it a five.

Spend your hard earned money elsewhere - We were hoping that this boat trip would be like some of the fast paced thrilling boat tours that we took in Reykjavík, Iceland, however we were sorely disappointed (both mentally and physically). The crew pressured everyone from beginning to end, to make sure and tip them. Within the first five minutes of the trip, the captain purposely stopped the boat short and we were covered with salt water. This made me both wet and mad because I could no longer see out of my prescription sunglasses. The captain also purposely T-boned the wakes of other boats,, and it was painful to go over the waves at such a fast speed. My back really hurt at the end of the tour. To be fair, they are very clear that if you have neck or back problems or are concerned about getting wet, then you probably shouldn’t go. It really did not meet my expectations and I would not recommend this trip.

Don’t take Green boat , you won’t be satisfied. Doesn’t worth $45. - This was my third time here on this tour and right now we got a green boat I I’ve been before on yellow and orange. They were great. It’s very nice. Feeling very speedy. You got a splash you got you got a fun. But here on green boat, it’s terrible It’s too high, probably so many people can sit in so they can take more money and the feeling is not right. Whenever people come to visit me in Miami I bring them there, but this is very bad. It’s not worth $45 for a green one. Trust me first ask what boat are you gonna get.

Poor service - Ride left late, was cut short, did not visit all advertised destinations (conditions were fine) Staff ask for tips on multiple occasions When addressing issues of the ride being late and not 45 minutes they were very dismissive and even lied about what time the boat left. Not recommended for the poor service.
