Loved the ride!!!! - The crew were the nicest people I met in Miami!! I walk with a cane and they made sure I was helped getting on and off the boat!!

Great night - This tour was a last minute decision so we were extremely happy when we were able to still book same day (most other tours didn’t). We did end up on a smaller boat than originally reserved but it ended up still being a great tour and we got a chance to be closer to the water which was also a plus (see picture)! This was the perfect way to finish off our night and would definitely recommend 😊

The non-site-seeing, site-seeing water taxi tour - The marketing vs. messaging from the vendor was confusing. The marketing said it was clearly a site-seeing sunset cruise. The messages from the vendor stressed that this was a water taxi and not a site-seeing cruise.
When we got there, it was definitely a water taxi, but as we departed the dock, the crew narrated the whole time, telling stories and jokes in English and Spanish, getting up close to the mega-yachts and multi-million dollar mansions.
It turned out to be a fun time. They didn’t have a bar, so we bought drinks before we boarded. They did have a cooler full of a variety of beverages passengers could buy.
Overall, we agreed that it was fun and a good value for the money and would recommend the tour to others.

Very Confusing & Didn't Receive What I Paid For. - The cruise was a great experience, but everything leading up to it was not. The directions on how to get to the port were not anywhere in my email. It directs you to the main location, which has more than 20 other boat docks. It took me around 40 minutes to find the correct dock, which you can only do by calling the customer service number. I was sent up and down and all around the port because no one knew which boat I was on, because the name of the company was ALSO not in the email. Then, I had to pay a rebooking fee, and didn't get the full experience I paid for. I paid $100 for an entree from Hard Rock Cafe & unlimited non-alcoholic drinks, neither of which I got. This was also part of the confusion, because it was supposed to include this entree from Hard Rock Cafe, yet it's located across the dock from Hard Rock.

Very bad - Very Bad experience, I had booked evening slot and after paying, they sent me that slots are not available and you need to change your day and as I was tourist there I had plan to left the city so I lost my money along with my 6 other friends.

Terrible experience - It was a terrible boat ride. Firstly the address given was wrong and the description given about the cruise was deceitful. We had to run all around bayside place to find the boat . Secondly We were under the impression that it would be a big cruise boat with drinks being served . What we ended up in was a 38 passenger water taxi where we were not even allowed to stand to take pics. The water kept splashing all over us . The water taxi was just meant to pick and drop people off. The trip was a total waste of money.

Traumatized - This company is a Scam! We booked a sunset cruise, they said we should go to their office behind the Victoria secret. We went there, stayed in line for an hour and when it got to our turn, they said they couldn’t find our name and we should step aside. After a while they told us to go to another area in the bay, that our boat will be there. We got there, we met very hostile people who checked us In and asked us to wait that our boat was coming. Half an hour later, an old, smelly water taxi with a dog In it arrived and we were told that that was what we booked for. I was traumatized!

Poor customer service. - I booked for 9/20 at 8pm. I had an early dinner reservation and planned to end my evening with a boat tour. I received a call at 3:40pm saying that they would not be doing an 8pm tour and that I needed to reschedule. He couldn’t explain why, but my guess is that they never offer the 8pm based on other reviews that I’m seeing. The only reason I booked with them in the first place was because they offered an 8pm option and that is what I wanted and I could see that the weather would be bad for the remaining evenings that I am in town. So they booked me for 7:30pm today, 9/21. It stormed violently all afternoon and evening today 9/21. Thunder, lightning, and rain. Naturally I wasn’t comfortable or interested in a boat tour during a thunderstorm. They refuse to refund. It’s $30…not a big deal but definitely the principle. It’s their fault that I could not take the ride that I booked originally and they should do the right thing and refund me my money. So I am booking with someone else for tomorrow night, via viator, and will leave them a glowing review in place of the refund I’m owed.
