Miami Parasail - PARASAIL
The crew will go over a safety briefing and get everyone geared up. After inflating the chute, 2-3 person at a time will be released from the rear of the boat to enjoy a scenic flight 400ft in the sky! Getting wet is optional, you will land straight back on the boat. 7min Flight; 1hr Ride
SPEED BOAT
Definitely the activity you don’t want to miss out on. It is fun for riders of all ages. Enjoy gliding through the surface of the warm tropical water as you get to see the beautiful Miami Skyline. 30min Ride.
BANANA BOAT
Up to 6-riders of all ages may ride at the same time. After a quick safety briefing, your captain will start accelerating and give the riders a thrilling experience as you glide over the water at rushing speeds. 30min Ride.
JET SKI
Our instructors will explain to you how to operate the Jet Ski. They will then bring you to a large riding area where you may enjoy the free-ride. The instructors will there ready to assist if needed. 1hr Ride.
FLYBOARD
You will be surprised on how quick learning this can be! After a brief training session, your private instructor will continue to train in the water. You’ll be flying like Iron Man in no time! 20min Session

- (Parasail): 5yrs+ to Participate/Flight Time: 5-10min; Total Boat Ride: 1hr/Max 450lbs per Flight
- (Parasail): Double or Triple rides available; single flyers will be paired with others
- (Banana): 4yrs+ to Participate/Duration: 15-20min/Max 250lbs per rider
- (Speed Boat): 4yrs+ to Participate/Duration: 20-25min/Max 250lbs per rider
- Start times may be delayed/cancelled due to weather or other factors; voucher will be provided to reschedule

Upon arrival to Dinner Key Marina, we are located on Pier 9 (next to Pier 7). Look for the Yellow Smiley Face Flags to find us (if you do not see us, continue driving on the road that goes along the water line, and you will end us finding us).

Awesome Sauce! - The weather was spectacular. The captain and his first mate were so much fun from beginning to end. Very knowledgeable and highly skilled. Floating around in the air above the ocean it’s an experience I will never forget. Incredible.

Another parasailing experience on the list - Good experience! Using go pro is allowed. You can fly higher than most Miami's skyscrapers.
Just consider that they will charge and extra 100 dollar when you do the check-in.💸

Enjoyed, but has hidden fees - My experience was overall nice and fun. However on this app is give you one price and when you get to the excursions you have to pay 50.00 person . So please be prepared to pay an additional $50.00 person. Tom the captain and his co captain was amazing.

Do not buy through here go direct! - The experience was amazing Tom and Alex were spectacular hosts for our parasailing but DO NOT buy your tickets through trip adivsor it will be more expensive because there is a $50/ person fee due to booking through this network.

We bought tickets for... - We bought tickets for parasailing and once we got to the place, they said due to the weather we couldn’t do the parasailing & that we couldn’t have a refund. So we had to choose a different excursion, which was the jet skis. And that would have been ok, until they said that i would have to pay an additional $130 because the jet skis were more expensive. They didn’t care about the inconvenience & we we’re leaving to fly back home the following day, so we had no choice but to pay the additional cost or we would have lost the original $195 we paid for the parasailing.

Never book with this site -
On the day of the activity, I was informed that the parasailing session was canceled due to unfavorable weather conditions. While I completely understand that safety is a priority and that weather can be unpredictable, I was never informed in advance that the weather conditions might lead to a cancellation. This lack of communication is unacceptable and demonstrates a disregard for your customers’ time and expectations.
What is even more disappointing is that despite the cancellation, your company has refused to issue me a refund. I had explain to the operator that I am not able to reschedule for another date since I had return flight at the afternoon.This refusal to return the money for a service that was not provided is not only unethical but also in direct violation of consumer protection laws. I booked the parasailing experience with the reasonable expectation, plus the website indicated that due to the weather customers could either get full refund or reschedule. I was expecting either the service would be provided or a full refund would be issued in the event of a cancellation.
As a paying customer, I feel this situation has been handled very poorly and that I have been treated unfairly. I request that you reconsider your position and issue me a full refund of the amount I paid for the parasailing experience.

Viator is a scam and liars - That booking was a total lie to get your money. I ask was their any additional fees when I arrived. The person that I talk to on the call told me. No it’s not additional charges. You will be all set when you arrive. Wellll she is a rip off it wasn’t true. When we got there it was a 50 additional charge per person. I called to inform them that I was told a story. To get a refund she told me she has to send it to her higher management. Nobody never reach out about my concern. We didn’t do the activity because of this issue and didn’t received my refund. do not ever book through Viator It’s a big scam
