Fantastic - The bus could accommodate my mobility scooter. I love letting someone else do the driving. I love listening to the history and cultural background of the various communities. I like there was some shade on the top. I wish there was more fans and ventilation on lower deck.

Great Boat Tour…Not So Great Bus Tour - The boat tour was fun and exciting. The commentator who provided information about the million dollar homes, Miami, etc did a wonderful job. The bus tour was not as exciting due to the fact that the information provided was done through a recording in which you had to insert earbuds. It was not as personal and I didn’t know which landmarks were being discussed as we rode along. The bus driver gave me the impression that he did want to be bothered when asking questions(ex. location of the earbuds. )There were no directions given about what to do as you boarded and what would take place afterwards. This was disappointing because I would have loved to learn about the different neighborhoods in Miami.

Watch out for the draw - The cruise is good, has air conditioning and the trip is quiet. The Guide has a good sense of humor and teaches a lot about the mansions. The experience is dirty because of a supposed draw in which you win a cruise (my companion won), obviously it is a pyramid scam, you are sold a free cruise but you must pay 40 dollars, listen to a talk all day and ultimately you do not win anything really. Please stop doing that, it's really mesto for one as a tourist. I went to my grandparents and I find it messing up the experience.

Miami bus and boat tour - We have booked for Bus and Boat tour via Viator. But upon arrival boat tour team denied our booking stating that we have to reserve slots separately with big bus team but it was not mentioned in the Viator website.

Nightmare - Never book this with trip advisor, just to find the pick up area was a nightmare. Never told when booked and paid for and time agreed you had to book your slot again with the bus company. Had to wait over an hour for the bus after our agreed time and still couldn’t get the top deck. The agency person was great and said only book with them and I agree. Couldn’t even get on the boat trip as it was booked out when we got there after the bus side of things and booked it with the bus trip.

Worse service, rood manager. - I made reservation. When we show up at the location 30 min before,the manager of the Big Bus Company scan our tickets and that the boat trip is booked for all day and we can't get tickets. He was very rood and not polite. I went directly to boat trip company and they had free spots for trip. The Big Bus Company lied to us.

Awful - I would not recommend this to anyone. We got off the ship from a cruise with the anticipation of being able to store our luggage under rhe the bus since last year when I did this tour people were able too. We showed up and were told that we could not so I had to cancel but due to being within the 24 hour I lost out on my refund. Do not book this tour because they do not work with you at all. I have booked several in the past but will never again.
