Miami to Port of Miami - Patricia was right on time, found us easily, and helped with our bags. She is efficient, a great driver, and knows how to get you to the Port of Miami with no problems. A superb professional, I would recommend her to anyone!

Will be back - We stay on The Betsy hotel in Southbeach Miami only for 2 nights, but had great times. Room was clean and has everything you need and more. Fritzner from front desk was very helpful. Thanks

Excellent service - We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Ivan was waiting for us when we arrived at the airport. He promptly loaded our luggage and headed towards the cruise ship terminal. He was very friendly and we had a wonderful conversation on the way to the cruise terminal. He also made an appointment for us to be picked up on our return for transportation to the airport. Highly recommend this company

Good Trip - Driver was great came back around to get me after he had to move. The van was comfortable and clean. It was a good trip.

Vehicle sent not what was in photo - Driver was very nice. But it was not Luxury SUV as described or the photo (photo was Black SUV) that was sent. It was a large passenger van.

Would NOT recommend! - We would not recommend. Poor communication regarding what vehicle to look for or name or driver. Called three times for information. Had to walk to different location for pick up. Slow pick up time.

Crappy ride for top dollar - Paid for a SUV experience, got a 10 passenger van. So much for an executive experience. Asked for a partial refund and was told no. Extremely dissatisfied with the service. The local vendor is a scam.

Terrible experience for us - Viator took my booking and payment. When we got to the airport we waited an hour for our ride in the hot curbside. We finally called the company that actually had the shuttle ride and they said viator shouldn’t have took our booking bc they require 24 hour notice. Luckily they had a shuttle in the area but after we scrambled and panicked trying to locate the number to the actual company and had to wait with my elderly mom in the heat it was just not an ideal situation. Also the instructions from viator about how to access your ride upon arrival was nothing. I would never ever book with viator again. Don’t even bother. Terrible experience. We had a large group with a lot of luggage or we would have just took a cab or Uber. So we were trying to figure out about splitting up and taking separate Ubers. What a disaster. We managed. Don’t recommend this service.
