Quick and easy - Quick and Easy, We were met by our driver at the baggage claim area, a short walk to the SUV and a short later we were at our Hotel. Our driver Camels was professional and our SUV was clean. Highly recommend A++

Executive level transportation in Miami - Our driver met us at the airport, and communicated well with us, as we made our way to baggage claim. She took us directly to our SUV, which was a beautiful, blacked out escalade. Once in the vehicle there was water and air-conditioning available. Although we didn’t need it, she actually carried a car seat in the vehicle. Her driving skills were professional, and caused us. No worries for safety. She knew how to navigate the Miami roads and traffic very well, she played trendy music, but kept it appropriate all of our needs we met, and we would book 100 times again

Truly VIP service - Excellent service. Driver will play music you want to hear. Quiet and stress free ride. I had to make a last minute change… no issues and change was immediately confirmed. They linked my separate pickups for a cruise to for a seamless service.

rip off - don't waste your money - I did not get what I paid for. I paid for meet and greet. This means the driver should be waiting in baggage claim to meet us. Our plane was delayed but only by about 1/2 hour. I texted the driver to tell him before we departed and he said it was not a problem. They had our flight number and could track when we would arrive. We got to baggage claim and no driver. We got our bags and still no driver. I texted the driver and he said he was almost at the airport. He told us to go outside the terminal to the other side of the taxi line and wait for him. This is where Uber picks up. Uber is a lot cheaper than the Meet & Greet that I paid for. If I wanted to wait in line with everyone else at the airport I would have called an Uber. I paid for Meet & Greet to avoid the crowds waiting for Uber but I got an Uber experience. On the bright side, the car was clean and comfortable. The driver did not speak ANY English other than to offer us water.
