Had a great Time but the fact that people can stand around in front of others who paid they hard earned money and take selfies and dance and keep people from enjoying or seeing the views that we paid to see was upsetting. We had to go downstairs to the lower level to even see the mansions cause everyone upstairs wanted to stand up in the way and take group pics and selfies while people are trying to see the tour

The tour itself was great; long and with a variety of locations. However, the location of the chairs in the boat was awkward and it made it impossible to see outside, so everyone ended up standing. The microphone wasn’t working so the tour guide often had to just scream without microphone. In addition, while the tour guide was really nice, she was sharing complete sentences in English but only some words here and there in Spanish. I would recommend the tour but definitely had some lows.

Discriminating remarks made about black celebrities, was very distasteful, very disrespectful, very unprofessional, and disgusting. It was totally unacceptable and unnecessary! Keep those comments out of the tour & I would have loved it. 80% of your clients were BLACK. Stop the disrespect and discrimination. I will also be writing a bad review on my social media, encouraging BLACK CUSTOMERS NOT TO BOOK. Very unprofessional
