Excellent - This was truly a fantastic experience from beginning to end. Zac was excellent and his knowledge of cocktails , whiskey and the history of the midleton distillery was outstanding. We had a lovely evening with friends enjoying learning how to make cocktails and drinking them also ! The cocktail classroom is really impressive and steeped in history .. if visiting Midleton or living nearby it’s well worth booking it for a very enjoyable experience

Irish Whiskey Guardians - Excellent experience, learning a little about the history and future projects of the “Irish Whiskey Guardians”. I recommend it to anyone visiting Ireland.

Must do! - The tour experience was absolutely mind blowing! I found it so interesting and so educational. Learning how the different types of whiskey are prepared, the grains cultivated, storage. Plus the guide was sooooooooooooooo good! Ciara was fantastic, super patient, full of knowledge, funny, definitely recommended. Thanks you so much for tjis wonderful experience

Excellent time - We took the cocktail making class with Zach. He was entertaining and knowledgeable and created a fun experience for all of us.

Jameson nails the experience - It was great getting an understanding of the distillery as we walked to the special room upstairs for our class. Fortunate for us there was only one other couple at the same time so Zach, our cocktail expert, was not required to split his attention amongst a bigger group. I really enjoyed finding out different uses for the wonderful Jameson whiskeys, apart from drinking it neat of course 😉. I’d definitely recommend this tour to anyone looking for something different to a distillery tour or a traditional whiskey tasting, though we did avail ourselves of one at the end too.

Enjoyable tour - Enjoyable tour. Preferred over Disney-Esque Guinness tour in Dublin. Provides a better sense of how an alcoholic product is made. Worth the trip.

Nice explanation about whiskey - Great experience, We could have a small visit to the new working fabric nowadays. But for me worth once in the life a visit for the experience

Great Until the End - We had a tour of the Distillery and the Premium tasting…. Everything was great until the gift shop Got a Custom Midleton Very Rare 2024 engraved in Silver instead of Gold… Gave me a Run around saying only use certain colors on certain bottles but I wanted Gold and was told it would be Gold. I feel like they made the mistake and didn’t want to cover the $250€. After about 20 minutes of discussion and told them I understand you guys just don’t want to cover the $250€ but then they offered a new bottle with Gold Etching but by that time I was just ready to go they shoulda offered a new bottle from the beginning when I brought it to their attention.
