More than impressed - Excellent whiskey tasting with Ciarán ( Not Ben, hope I’m spelling it correctly ). Simply explained the complex topic of Irish whiskeys, tasting notes and the process of distillation with ease, entertainment and genuine enthusiasm. Very impressed, brought my friend from the Netherlands and he left ecstatic. Really appreciate it Ciarán, will be back again.

Brilliant Experience - This is a fantastic experience and well worth the trip to lovely Midleton. And, it's not just for the whiskey lover. We were lucky our tour was just four of us. The earlier and later tours were very busy. Our tour guide Mike was a gentleman and very knowledgeable. He knew his stuff and wasn't just reciting from memory. There was a lot more to this Jameson story than I knew. Thank you all. Sláinte.

yes to Irish whiskey - Brian the tour guide was brilliant, informative and fun and the tour was certainly worth the price of admission. We had visitors from the UK and they thought it was brilliant. If you like whiskey this is a must! and even if you don’t the buildings are well worth seeing.

Informative to tour and tasting along with the more personal small group for the premium tasting. - It was quite a lengthy tour but worth the time. The guides were informative and knew their topics. Fortunately no rain so walking outdoors was not a problem.

Great tour - The tour was quite interesting and informative. Our guide was very knowledgeable and the whisky was excellent. The facilities were clean and the gift shop was great. Venture into town afterwards. There are nice little shops and a lot of places to have lunch.

Worth the tip! - This is a great, historic distillery and maker of many traditional and innovative Irish spirits. Our guide, Ben, was entertaining and informative. He explained the history of the distillery, the various whisky's and spirits made there and how Middleton is continuing to innovate. The grounds are both historic and modern and we will definitely stopping here again on future trips. The Irish coffee was very good as well

A good drink of knowledge and whiskey - This off season small tour was fantastic. I learned a fair amount about the differences in Irish made whiskey vs the USA. Well worth the stop and I picked up a nice bottle for my travel home.

Fantastic Experience, Tour & Tasting! - The Midleton Distillery Experience was well worth the time and very well done. I do wish we saw a bit more of the production side, but the tour was informative - and we did get some unexpected time with Barrett Stapleton, Master Distiller for Method & Madness, as our paths happened to cross with his while in the mico-distillery. After the standard tour and tasting, I had a private 1:1 VIP tasting experience in the upstairs Red Breast Nest, where I got to try Red Breast 12, Powers John's Lane, Midleton Very Rare 2024 and Jameson Black Barrel. Very fun! Overall, I would highly recommend a visit to the Midleton Distillery. I have toured distilleries all over the world, and the experience here is well done! Pro tip - have lunch just outside the gates at Ferrit & Lee!!!
