The strong wind Meltemi has helped the locals of the island to mill wheat . On many Cycladic islands, windmills are very common and they are made for the same purpose.
- Little Venice - Every path you take on the island of Mykonos will lead you to the harbor of Alefkadra, where you will have the opportunity to travel far back to the history of the island.

Agrari Beach - This is a long sandy beach, which, although popular with locals and tourists, still offers plenty of space for yourself. It’s usually split in half, umbrellas and sunbeds on one side, just sand on the other. It offers crystal-clear water and a more reasonably-priced restaurant, when compared to the rest of Mykonos.

Monastery of Panayia Tourliani - Arriving at the village of Ano Mera, you will visit the 16th-century cathedral monastery of Panagia Tourliani. It is named after the dome (tourlos) of the church and the blessed Icon of the Virgin Mary.

Church of Paraportiani - The lovely church of Panagia (Virgin Mary) Paraportiani is among the most photographed churches not only in Mykonos but in the whole world. It is located at the entrance of the Kastro neighborhood, right by the sea. Its name (Paraportiani) actually means standing next to the entrance door, meaning that the church was next to the Castle door.

Agios Ioannis Diakoftis - Agios Ioannis settlement is named after the small church of Saint John that is built on the hill overlooking the beach. It is one of the most privileged places of Mykonos Island because of the stunning view to the sacred island of Delos and some of the best hotels in Mykonos.
