Great way to explore and orientate - These hop on hop off tours are always a great idea to see places and to orientate you in a new city. Reccomended at the beginning of your visit. Good value.

With some planning it is worth it. - This is one of the better HOHO experiences we have had here in Milan. Staff are friendly and helpful. There are four inter-connected routes covering all the places we wanted to visit over two days. It takes a bit of planning to use all four routes. The frequency of buses falls off in the afternoon, so plan carefully. especially for the green (sports) line One star lost - The pick up / drop off times listed on the map DO NOT align with the posted times at each stop. The buses were operating based on the ties posted at each stop, not always what was listed on the map. Check with the bus representatives. Also, like with many other HOHO lines the company needs make sure all audio jacks are working each day.

Waste of money. Use metros! - Did this in Budapest. Only 2 routes. Was fantastic. Milan has 4. Not enough buses. I wasted most of the day waiting for buses. Some of the wait times were 90 mins. In hindsight I would’ve taken a daily pass on the metros. Didn’t even bother using the last 24hrs. I used the metros!

You won’t see it all - The buses only run half a day, so there really isn’t time to see all of the 4 lines. Especially since it stops at the duomo for half an hour.

Horrible customer service - Horrible service. The attendant was very mean and rude from the beginning. We were nothing but polite to her. She literally yelled at us because I asked her a question. I was with my elderly mother, and she showed no respect whatsoever. When someone is hostile towards me when they just met me, then I can only guess that it's their personal prejudice or racism. So if you were a Muslim woman wearing Hijab, be aware before using this company's services until they take further action. I was on the blue line bus that landed in Duomo at 11:20 am. On 23 June 2024. It was the female attendant of the bus with plate number FV224ZW.
