Excellent guide and experience! - This day was fantastic. Our guide, Stefano, was very knowledgeable about the history of Italy, Milan and the Alba area. He kept us captivated on our way to Alba. He was entertaining and humorous. I would have Stefano as a guide on any tour. Our time spent in Alba and the Morra vineyards was wonderful. The wine tasting was a fun time. The countryside is beautiful. This tour is well worth your while to become informed about an important part of Italian culture. Stefano was excellent. Thank you!

Wine & So Much More - Stefano was super knowledgeable and informative. He shared lots of info about Milan’s history in and around the different regions as well as his insights of Italian culture. We were able to visit and learn about two off-the-beaten-path towns that we wouldn’t have found traveling on our own. We enjoyed gorgeous views of the vineyards as we sipped many different types of wine. They also offered a shipping service for those who wanted to send wine back home, or you could purchase bottles that you liked on the spot. The meeting point was very easy to find and clearly communicated. Excellent suggestions for sights, food & more in and around Milan were even provided by Stefano after the tour!

A great day in Piedmonte wine country. - This small group day trip to Piedmonte with Stefano was fabulous. We spent the first half in the delightful town of Alba, including an excellent lunch spot recommended by our guide, and then had a fantastic tour and tasting at a beautiful winery in Verduno, north of Barolo. We finished off with a stop in La Morra to take in the panoramic territorial view and a glass of wine. Now I want to go back and spend more time in this beautiful place. Well done.

Excellent - Stefano was absolutely amazing. He is very knowledgeable about Italian, Milan and Barolo history. He is also very funny, entertaining and accommodating! It was a pleasure to have him as a guide. This is the second tour I’ve taken of this wine country five years ago and this one was the better one! Thanks Stefano for the great time!

Good tour of Piedmont from Milan - Excellent tour with Stefano! He provided a great tour with so much information We started in the town of Alba where we learned where Nutella comes from, and got to try lots of excellent hazelnut and white truffle products. The wine tasting and vineyard tour was great in the Verduno area. We love wine tours and would say this is a great stop and learned lots about the growing and processing of Barolo and Nebbiolo wines. Our last stop was in La Morra. We had a glass of wine and a great view of the Barolo vineyards. Unfortunately we did not get to see the castle (that was advertised on the tour listing) as it was closed due to renovations, which was a little disappointing. I also just wanted to note that lunch is not included in the price of the tour. But Stefano gave good recommendations of places to eat lunch in Alba. Also the glass of wine we had in La Morra was not included. Overall, the tour was great and we had a wonderful time seeing the Piedmont region with easy transportation to and from Milan. Definitely recommend for food and wine lovers! We learned a lot and enjoyed many foods and wines!

Great day trip while being relaxing and exploring a new region - Walking around Alba was a great break away from heavy tourist areas, the wine tasting was delicious we tried 6 different wines and 2 Borolo ones. The castle viewing at the end was incredible and extra bonus points that there’s a cafe that sells wines, so we ended our trip with a final glass of wine while looking out across the stunning scenery. We have also ordered bottles of wine to be shipped for Christmas gifts to family. And were surprised at the lower cost than expected for the bottles and the shipping. Wonderful day out. The mini-van was also very comfortable.
