- The day of the trip, you must bring with you your original Passport or similar document valid for expatriation
- Meeting time 15 minutes before departure please be on time
- Lenght of travel by bus from Milan to St. Moritz: approx 2 hours and 30 minutes
- Lenght of travel by train from St. Moritz to Tirano: approx 2 hours and 30 minutes
- Lenght of travel by bus from Tirano to Milan : approx 2 hours and 30 minutes
- Timings might change according to logistic needs or traffic conditions
- IMPORTANT: During the winter season, the Bernina Express route may offer partially obscured or less visible panoramic views due to shorter daylight hours. Departing at 4:14 pm from St. Moritz and arriving at 6:39 pm in Tirano, the journey’s timing may limit daylight scenery.

A MUST excursion while in Milano - Highlights include some of the most spectacular, unique scenery in the entire world, a friendly, informative and entertaining tour guide, and a professional bus driver who expertly traversed an extremely challenging route. St Moritz is cool, but most stores and restaurants were closed during our lunchtime visit.
Bottom line: highly recommended, as the train ride will provide breathtaking moments.

Good experience for our vacation - We had a very impressive trip. Monica was a wonderful guide who took great care of us and made sure everyone was okay. We experienced beautiful views and enjoyed a fantastic train ride. Hopefully, we will come back again.

Visiting Alps - I loved that I did this trip in the winter … the snow was amazing and the walk in st Moritz was nice … the tour guide was knowledgeable and very informative … I would do it again on a day where the train leaving St Moritz earlier than 4 to have more time during day light

St Moritz and Bernina Red Train - The visit to St Moritz and the trip on the Bernina Red Train was very scenic and enjoyable. The guide was a weakness however. He was nearly impossible to hear and did not wait for the group before talking

Swiss Alps Train Ride - Our tour guide Monica was 10 minutes late at the starting point for the bus in Milan. She scolded us for being 10 minutes late at our first rest stop. She stated she would leave anyone behind that was not exactly on time. The tour guide set the tone for the trip. The train ride was lovely though the Alps.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY - At best this is a long day for very little adventure. It is really a 5 hour bus ride for a short train ride. The guide Marco was helpful but there is not much he can do to assist with a full bus taking you 21/2 hours each way to and from the event. Frankly not worth the money for the time spent on the bus.

Dissapointed - Disaapointedregarding the seat allocation during our recent journey on the bernina express
My husband and I were both seated in the aisle seats;which significantlydetracted from the experience we had eargerly anticipated.
As the bernina express is celebrated for its panoramic views, we had lookedforward to enjoying the spectacular scenery together.Unfortunately, being seated away from the windows made it difficult to fully appreciate the breathtaking landscapes that are the hallmark of this journey.
This experience left us feeling quitelet down,especially since we had planeed this trip as a memorable shared experience.We were not informed during the booking process that we might not be seated near a window, which would have allowed us to make alternative arrangements or adjustment
