“Delightful experience! Wonderful experience- Convenient location (above the Mercato Centrale on the west side of the Milano Centrale train station. it’s bit hidden so make sure to got there early if you have never been - take the stairs up and walk to the end you will see the Scuola signs-) The cook/cooking instructor Fabrizio was informative, fun, calm/patient and a great teacher! We learned to make 2 types of ravioli shapes and tagliatelle. & vanilla gelato! Seasonal recipe using radicchio for the pest sauce was very interesting and had great flavor. Truly worth the experience and highly recommended!! We love to visit Italy so we will definitely consider another class in the future.” - Reviewed on 2025-01-05
