Hidden Gem - Experiencing the countryside and villages with food, shops, and beaches along the cliff coast was breathtaking and well worth the trip! Experienced walks around locals, trains through the countryside and villages, boat ride along the coast, cool and comfortable bus to and from the area.

Good way to see beautiful Cinque Terre - We really wanted to see Cinque Terre from our base in Milan, and this trip seemed the most convenient way to do it. It is over three hours from Milan to Cinque Terre no matter what, so we knew it would be a long day. It was totally worth it in my opinion. First - we had a lovely sunny day. This trip would not be fun in the rain, as you are outdoors most of the time. Our guide Tatiana was very nice and helpful. The bus was nice and not crowded; we were able to nap and see the scenery. We stopped both ways for restroom and snack break. We started the trip with a ferry ride that was great and showcased the stunning scenery. Then got to stop in two of the quant but touristy towns for an hour plus each for shopping, lunch and visiting the beach. Highly recommend trying the focaccia bread and lemon gelato as these are very good in the region. You are on your own for most of the day, which suited us perfectly. There is a lot of walking uphill, etc., so plan accordingly. Also very few public restrooms so plan on patronizing a bar or restaurant in order to use the facilities. One negative: The radio sound system provided by Zani Viaggi was very poor. We returned back to Milan around 8:30 p.m. Overall glad we did it, even with the long travel required.

More breathtaking than any photo - Monica was very knowledgeable of the tour and very helpful making suggestions on what else there was to do. Everyone needs to see cinque terra in person as the pictures do not show the true beauty!

Great tour! - This tour was beautiful and enjoyable even though it was cold and raining. The view of the coloured houses and the water were amazing. A special thank you to the tour guides, Monica and Tatiana. They were great the whole time and were friendly from the start.

Amazing toyr. - Our guide; Monica, was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable about the area and her English was excellent. She managed to keep our group of 38 people on time and well informed. The driver also was amazing. The day was very long but so worth it.

Great day and great places to visit ! - We were very excited as we started this full day trip looking forward to what was to come. To our surprise the young woman who had signed us in at the beginning announced, as the coach trip was starting, that she was not our tour guide but just our tour leader. That meant we got no commentary about anything during the day and only minimal information about anything during the day. However we saw some amazing places and visited many interesting points of interest. It was overall a great day and our disappointment with the leader/non tour guide was reduced by the overall experience we had.

Rift Off Tour - This tour is a rift-off. I hoped to get to the three famous villages, but it only took us to two and rush mode. It's not worth the money. I highly recommend going on your own, buy the train tickets. The boat trip was a waste, and choppy made us dizzy. That boat ride should've been a train and we will able to hit one more village than sitting on a boat and seeing the other villages afar which for us a waste of time.
