Great way to spend a day outside of Milan! - This day trip is a great way to see a lot in just one day. The free time in Bellagio was the prefect amount of time to eat a truly wonderful lunch and do some shopping or sight-seeing. The 1-hour boat tour was a lot of fun. Make sure to go upstairs so you can catch the breeze and see all of the beautiful homes on the lake. The tour guide was great and had a lot of knowlegde about Milan and the Lake Como area.

Great tour guide - Our tour guide was amazing. Very knowledgeable of all the areas. I love the cruise that was the high light of the whole thing. Belliagio was so pretty. Lake como could skip. Worth the trip

The private cruise around... - The private cruise around Lake Como was easily the highlight of the tour. Standing and waiting for the water bus to Bellagio for an hour was the lowlight. It left no time for a meal on the entire tour.

Lake Como saved the day - The morning was a bit disorganized as to what groups were getting on what bus. The guide barely spoke and when she did, the little microphone she used was very bad you could barely understand her. Multiple people asked her to speak up but nothing changed. While we were passing towns she didn’t speak. When we got to Como she said there are a few good places to take pictures but never specified where. When we asked she said up a hill. The good parts were that they have us ample time at each stop to take pictures and shop. The boat tour was really cool and it was a beautiful sunny day which made it even better. The ac on the bus barely worked which made a 90F day feel like 105 when on a bus with 20 other people. I’d recommend for people who want to see Como. Some great picture from the view points we did go to.

Worst viator experience - We had a fun day despite our guide Anna who gave absolutely no information about the towns, where to meet, when to get off ferry. Head sets didn’t work and she spoke very little English. She walked so fast people got lost. When asking a question she got nasty.

Worst guide - Ive always use viator but this time we had the Worst tour guide. He wont even tell where we heading, he's not taking inside the bus. He is terribile.

Worst tour! - Worst tour ever. This is a bus ride not guided tour with 1/2 to an hour in each location. Not much time to do anything. Take a train from Milan to como and then a ferry ride to each location. You would enjoy it a lot more. Otherwise, you would basically sit most of the day in the bus.

Poor experience don’t waste your money - Don't waste your money with this company. Firstly the bus AC didn't work, the tour guide, we didn't get her name as we couldn't hear her, didn't check the headsets before leaving the bus, then got annoyed when people tried to stop her and get her to fix them. The site seeing was very pretty but that's it. Once at Bellagio tourists are treated very poorly by restaurants and shops. The local police wouldn't let our hot bus park in the normal spot so the driver made the entire group consisting of elderly with mobility issues and walking sticks walk at least 2.5km's up an extremely steep and winding hill in the blazing sun.
Although this part was not the company's fault, they needed to have a back up plan. On the way back the bus driver (Dino) was using his mobile phone while driving 1 handed, to us this was very unsafe. We definitely wouldn't recommend this tour company, they didn't even offer a bottle of water to people after the long climb.
