Delightful experience! - Wonderful experience- Convenient location (above the Mercato Centrale on the west side of the Milano Centrale train station. it’s bit hidden so make sure to got there early if you have never been - take the stairs up and walk to the end you will see the Scuola signs-) The cook/cooking instructor Fabrizio was informative, fun, calm/patient and a great teacher! We learned to make 2 types of ravioli shapes and tagliatelle. & vanilla gelato! Seasonal recipe using radicchio for the pest sauce was very interesting and had great flavor. Truly worth the experience and highly recommended!! We love to visit Italy so we will definitely consider another class in the future.

Great for solo travelers as well! - My brother missed his flight so I found this your last minutes on Viator to do solo while in Milan. It turned out to be such a great way to start my trip. Not only because I learned how to make pasta and gelato, but because Chef Matteo provided great knowledge and recommendations as well. I went to a couple of the restaurants he recommended at the end of class and they were amazing. It was also nice getting to know the people in the class with me. They were also super friendly and Chef made the class interactive and fun. And to top it off of course the food was delicious and the drinks were great as well. Grazie a Mille!

Pasta, ravioli, and gelato from scratch - Pasta, ravioli, and gelato from scratch, it was an incredible experience! The process was surprisingly simple, and it was absolutely delicious. We were amazed at how much we got out of the experience, not just the food, but also in learning new skills - you won’t be disappointed!

It was a very polite explanation! - It was my first time to make pasta, and I was able to make it very deliciously, thanks to the fact that the event was held with a small number of people.

Fun Instructor and great food - Amazing experience. The instructor was so passionate about pasta and it was honestly some of the best food we had on our travels. I highly recommend this to learn how to make pasta.

Amazing - Matteo is awesome, my family and I had a great time. We had two little kids and Matteo was very interactive and patient with them. We will definitely do this again when we come back to Italy.

Most horrible experience from TripAdvisor - The directions to get to the place were not clear on TripAdvisor. Upon arrival to the central station it took me 30 minutes to actually roam around and find the place. They were not responsive to messages and it was not clear at all were to go. When I finally found the place I was 20 minutes late and the class’s instructor was VERY RUDE saying YOU CANT JOIN THE CLASS NOW ITS TOO LATE. The class is 3 hours and it’s not my fault that they didn’t write clear instructions of how to get to the actual “cooking school”, which was actually one of hundreds of restaurants there. Poor organization. And TripAdvisor REFUSED TO REFUND 70USD I paid for this!
