- Please remember that you have to follow a precise dress code for the Duomo entrance: shoulders, knees and thighs need to be covered so please avoid short dresses, tank tops, shorts and hats (for men). It is not allowed to enter with large bags, animals, weapons, lighters and scissors.
- Please note that the tour includes access by elevator to the Duomo terraces and the descent will be by foot. Please consider that there will be some stairs.
- Please note that in case of adverse weather conditions (eg. bad storms, unexpected extreme events), or unforeseen circumstances (eg. monuments sudden closures, train/flight cancellations or delays) we do not guarantee a full refund. The company will examine each case and act accordingly.
- Please note that due to a possible overcrowding inside the Cathedral and its terrace, the tour may last 30 minutes longer.

Highly Recommend! - This was a great 90 minute tour! Our guide was kind, entertaining and very knowledgeable. Great way to beat the crowds and see it all. Highly recommend.

A must see ! - There is incredible detail to the cathedral. The stone is so beautiful and has amazing views from all different points. The top of the cathedral is just beautiful. The glass windows are amazing and colorful. There are so many great details to appreciate inside of the Duomo. Lorenzo our tour guide was amazing and friendly. He was very detailed throughout the tour.

Great tour - Really good experience. Guide was wonderful. I wasn’t allowed in the church though as I had shorts on. Had to go and buy a coverup. Not guides fault. Just a note for other female guests. Ridiculous

Clarissa and the Duomo - Clarissa was an excellent tour guide . She gave us historical and architectural details. She was very interesting and had excellent details . Would strongly recommend her !

Duomo is great, but super crowded - Duomo os fantastic and worth seeing however 2 hours is not enough to see it.
Despite skip the line to get to the roof top, the roof top itself is super crowded and there are two other lines up there that whole group needs to wait in.
Daniella, our guide was nice and knowledgeable, but was time pressured heavily. This led for us being rushed through couple sites inside of Duomo. This tour should be 30-45 minutes longer and it would be great.

Wonderful experience - Really enjoyed our small group tour with Lorenzo. Being from Milan, he shared not only the facts but added his own experiences and knowledge. We were lucky to have a beautiful day to visit. Was able to answer any question! This was a rooftop terraces and inside tour. I only wish we had more time with him on details inside the duomo. Not a fault of his, just a restriction of the length of the tour.

So-So, loved the skip-the-line part. - I liked the skip-the-line part of getting on the elevator. Daniella gave good info. The thing that I didn’t like is the amount of time spent on the roof. I felt we just got there and within minutes she whisked us away. Lots of maintenance going on so, the roof top pictures were kinda unappealing. The inside of the Duomo is majestic.

Maria G - The Duomo was beautiful… but they should tell you you’re on the roof… which was fine but that you need to go up and down a flight of stairs really high up … so if , like me you don’t like heights, your in trouble… the guide was way ahead of me and no phone service available to call my family … who was trying to ask guide how do I get down off the roof… the people who worked on the roof, which were only by the elevator on the totally other side of the roof, were very rude and totally not helpful!!! I finally got off the roof and had to walk around building and through security again… so missed the entire in side of the Duomo!! I was not happy for what we paid!! I will be filing a dispute with my credit card!
