Worth it! - Great tour- Marius was very considerate, and Barbara was a wonderful tour guide. She was knowledgeable about the Duomo and elevated the experience. This was wonderful to have on our first day in Milan!

Duomo di Milano Tour and Rooftop Lift with Skip the Line Access - We were supposed to meet Marius; however, a Tios showed up in his place. He was not organized, did not manage the line either. Six of us did not receive physical tickets. This was taken care of with our tour guide, who was "on it"! She had to run to where Tios was to get our tickets. This held up the tour for the other guests. In addition, Tios did not have any Lift tickets for all six of us! I heard him tell our guide that there was an overbooking. Anyhow, I have since replied for half refund, as we only did half of what was promised. Our tour guide, I am so sorry I forgot her name. She was absolutely fabuloso!!! She made the tour so fun and interactive! I highly recommend her. I had the name Marius in mind, because that is who we were supposed to go with. So, the tour experience was amazing!!! My rating of 5 stars is for that. The organization, however, was very poorly handled. We would have gone up to the top, however, my husband had sore knees and walking all the way up and around, etc., would have been too much for him.

Fantastic guide Davide - We have a fantastic tour with guide Davide. His knowledge was outstanding and his explanations were really clear. The commentary was clear and unscripted Davide could answer questions without hesitation. Strongly recommend this tour. If I was to make one small criticism it would be the fact we had to wait 30 minutes or so for the start of the tour. The tour totally blue that away.

This tour was exceptional - The guide was very knowledgeable about architecture, history, and the building/reclamation of the Duomo. The museum was fabulous. The rooftop was exceptional. The whole tour was very interesting. I only gave it 4 starts, because I thought that that it was a bit pricey ($67). Otherwise, I would give it 5 stars.

You are on your own on the rooftop. - Enthusiastic and Duomo knowledgeable guide. The title of the tour should be “Duomo di Milano Guided Tour and Here’s Your Ticket You’re On Your Own on the Rooftop.”

Would not use this guide or recommend them - Finding the meeting point was easy. The tour guide was not friendly and did not appear to like children. Made the guided portion uncomfortable.
