Informative walk and amazing visit to see the Last Supper. - Great walking tour. It rained all morning, but our guide found dry spots along the way for us to stop and provided great information about the sites on the route from the Duomo to the Last Supper. Our guide provided amazing information and perspective on the Last Supper. The 15 minutes we had to view this masterpiece flew by so quickly. Not really a skip the line, as every ticket is assigned a 15 minute window to view the Last Supper, but the process to get tickets was a bit complicated, so it was helpful to have a guide. (you need to provide id with your name, drop off any food or drink in a locker and queue up to enter the room). We didn’t notice the tiny “info” button on the bottom of our ticket, so didn’t know the exact starting point was in front of 12oz Coffee Joint to the right of the Duomo. Luckily, we arrived 15 minutes early. The company called us as we were waiting on the opposite side of the piazza, so we made it to the meeting point on time. Trip advisor should add the exact meeting location to their description.

Milan Highlights - Once in a lifetime opportunity to see the Last Supper and it did not disappoint. Christina was an excellent guide and provided a lot of background and history of the city of Milan.

Great tour, definitely recommend. - Our tour guide Flavia was great. She was informative and knowledgeable. The initial meeting place had changed and we went to the wrong starting point but were able to catch up and see everything. It was confusing. Viator gave us a 20% refund due to the mix up. Appreciated that. Overall would definitely recommend this tour.

The tour makes the experience much better - Tour guide and tour were very good. Only issue was communication with the company prior to the tour.

Rude guides and total mess at meeting points - Honestly all agencies in this area just pure scam. They buy out all tickets directly from museums so you have to book with their agency. I paid 10x more just to see The last supper… there are tens of groups meeting at the same spot making it hard to find your group. I tired to ask questions but everyone is exceptionally rude. There was one woman missing from our group, and she eventually found us near The last supper entrance. Our guide immediately gave her attitude “lady I don’t know who are you and I don’t care” this woman around her 60-70 almost cried and then our guide called the office just to find out that this women was right. I felt terrible for her because our guide made fun of her and all our group laughed. Eventually she apologized but I can’t imagine being this woman, and be treated like that. It’s unacceptable and no human being deserves to be treated this way. While I liked our guide, she commented not nice things about strangers, like “this stupid people” or “I really don’t care how much you paid because I have nothing to do with the company you paid to”. So rude and unprofessional
