Plan your trip to Milan! - Italy is the epicenter of history, art, design and fashion. Milan is the heart of all that. We did hop on hop off tours. Learned the Metro subway system (always crowded). Be very cautious of timing! Weather in spring or fall is best to avoid hilt or wet weather and massive summer crowds. We found October best. Weather will impact your experience! Also, be aware of traffic: scooters, motorcycles, cars and buses! Plan your trip well in advance because tickets for timed tours sell out.

Essential Milan experience - A must! A true taste of Milan. Our guide was so warm and friendly. She walked us through quaint streets, historic buildings and gave us a small glimpse into Milan’s rich history. Wait till stop #3, where the Prosecco flows and the saffron Milanese risotto seizes you and won’t let go. Amazing combination.

Wonderful evening in the Milan Brera District - We met our guide Georgia a few blocks from the Metro Stop outside of a bakery. We ended up with a great tour group of about 7 people total and it was a very entertaining evening in the Brera district. Do not miss out on the Brera district while you are in Milan. Georgia did a great job of explaining our food stops and provided a lot of history of the Brera district along the way. The food and wine were excellent – some highlights included the beignets, lasagna, risotto alla Milanese and wine at a fabulous enoteca. Our favorite was the Sicilian gelato at the last stop on the tour. The pistachio flavor was amazing! Such a great time making new friends over food and wine!

Great Intro to Craft Beer in Milan - The tour company very kindly delayed the start of the tour as we were arriving from Scotland an hour beforehand. Paolo was a fantastic guide being a local - he was very informative on both local culture, the food and of course the beer! We were with our son, a craft beer fan and we all thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Please note: do not eat beforehand as the food is plentiful and of excellent quality. Thoroughly recommend this tour and thanks again to Paolo.

Paolo was amazing as a guide... -
Paolo was amazing as a guide , informative and knowledgable , passionate about Milan and determined for us to have the best time . Beer and bites were all great , we loved the venues visited and the history of the area delivered by Paolo . We will definitely return to Milan and do more sight seeing and a lot of that is down to Paolo and his passion for Milan .
Goidelic value fir money and a great source of information , do early on in your visit so you can use that info .

My coworker and I got into Milan on... -
My coworker and I got into Milan on Friday afternoon, right in time for our tour. We could easily take public transport to meet our excellent guide and the tour group. We had a great evening out, despite the cold weather. I was impressed with the variety of different beers we got to try, and the yummy food too! Our tour guide had great suggestions of what else to do and see in Milan the following day, and our tour group even decided to check out one of her recommendations after our tour was complete. A great start to our weekend in Milan!

Absolutely wonderful! Our guide... -
Absolutely wonderful! Our guide Daniella was so fun and very entertaining. I really enjoyed getting away from the more touristy part of Milan. We ended up being the only people on the tour too which was an added bonus. Would highly recommend!

disappointing - the Tour guide was very nice and knowledgeable however the food experience was less than interesting and certainly did not match the price point. A fair price would have been 75 eur each vs the 240 eur per person. Absolutely not worth it.

Poor - The guide was not knowledgeable about food or wine. She talked more about churches and clothing stores we passed on the way. There was no discussion of food or wine and we only had a sparking wine in one place and a red wine which was the wine shop’s own red. The food was mediocre and all of the places selected were on busy streets. Wine was not given during the appetizer portion of the trip so we had to buy our own. The places selected were on busy streets. The tour was too big with 14 peopl and given how noisy the street were it was hard to hear and she had to repeat the script three times for different sections of the group. It was such a disappointment after the Rome food ans wine tour we did . That guide was knowledgeable about wines and food and explained the food and drink in detail. The places selected were in much more quiet locations and were mor3 relaxing. Not worth the price we paid BY FAR,
