A journey to the past.... well planned - The entire trip was well organized. Tour guide "Monica" from Zani Viaggi (tour operator, Milan) was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and Jovial. The tour covered right tourist spots, The experience of navigating narrow alleys in Genoa, a historical city and the port, was memorable. Got to know the origin of Strauss-Levi's jeans. Santa Margarita, beach town is a beautiful place one must visit. Visiting and seeing House of Columbus, took us to the adventurous past when sea transport was the only medium to connect the rest of the world. Portofino is a small and crowded place flocked by tourists around the world. Overall it was an excellent experience.

Exceptional trip! - The meeting point was very organized. Lorenzo did an excellent job of keeping all informed including guests, driver, restaurant (for those who chose to eat with tour guide), and Genoa guide. Phone chargers available on very comfortable bus (no toilet), and we stopped briefly for free bathroom break where we could purchase coffee/food before continuing on to Genoa. In Genoa we picked up a tour guide who told us about the history as we rode through town. We then walked through part of the city with our guide talking to us via headphones. No free time in Genoa. Bathroom break (free) before boarding bus to Santa Margherita Ligure. Two hours free time in SML. Then met together to board boat with Lorenzo for a short ride to Portofino. Maybe an hour or so free time in Portofino before boating back to SML. Board bus back to Milan. Left promptly at 7 am and arrived back around 830 pm.

Tour - Leonardo our guide was excellent. Found us lunch in a memorable local restaurant and imparted information on the areas we visited with a sense of fun. Our driver should be complimented as well! Such narrow roads. A great tour thanks to them both.

Discovering Genoa and portofino - This was a great trip and well organized from a time standpoint . Lorenzo was our guide today and he did a great job keeping the group together and getting everyone on time as well. We were able to visit all the places mentioned in the itinerary and did not feel super rushed. It is a nice way to see snippets of the places for planning future vacations . The weather was great. He helped with organizing lunch which saved a lot of time to decide where and what to eat. Overall we had a great time and I highly recommend Lorenzo as the tour guide .

Long time in travel to Portafino - Andres the guide was good. What we did not enjoy was having to take the public bus to Portafino but that was out of his control. Bc of that we had a long wait until our group got back and we got back 2 hours late.

It was ok - The tour guide in Genoa was informative The tour at Portofino was not what we expected we thought it was a boat tour around the lake but it was a ferry trip across and we where left on our own

Good but Portofino too short of time - The Genoa tour guide was fantastic. However we did not have enough time in Portofino. It says 2 hours in Portofino but actually only 1 hour. That is not enough time for Portofino. They counted the boat ride to and from as part of visiting Portofino.
