Wow, just Wow!! - Wow! What a fantastic trip. It was actually a bus that took us to Swiss border rather than highbspeed train as was advertised but it made nó difference. We had a small stop before we crossed border where we had 1st train ride for 25 min . We then got on the Green Train. Wow! As a tip i would recommend sitting on seats on the right hand side on direction train is going. You will see more. Amazing views. Got into Speiz where we got on the cruise on Lake Thun. It was amazing. Unreal. We were approx on it for 1hr 20 mins before arriving into Interlaken where we had approx 1hr 20 mins to look around. It was lovely. Shame we couldn't have stayed longer though. Then completed the return journey and got back to Milan around 8pm. The guide I think was called Alherando (i know i have spelt that wrong) and driver Richardo. They were both fantastic and very helpful and informative. I would absolutely recommend this trip and I would do it again in a heartbeat. Only thing that would make it better would be more time in Speiz and Interlaken but obviously that's not possibly without an overnight stay. Another thing we were asked by Swiss border police on train for passports so don't forget them.

I thought better - I wanted to put one dot less but he didn't allow me to correct. Nothing to say about the beauty of the Swiss landscapes, the town of Thun is beautiful, I would have liked to have had time to visit the three castles. Some advice if you want to go: As for the trains, they are normal regional trains, the only thing that is scenic is the route if we want to put it that way. Avoid falling within the border workers' timetable or you will feel like you are traveling on a cattle wagon. Bring sandwiches and water in your backpack otherwise they'll skin you alive, If the first train to Brig is even just a minute late you will inevitably miss your connection, zero tolerance! They even left the conductor on foot. Don't take the whole boat trip or you'll burn the entire afternoon, go down to Spienz, you've already seen the most beautiful part. If you don't know the languages, don't count on the availability of the Swiss. If you really want to go, get a ticket for two days, however you won't be able to see half of what they promise.

The flaw of Zani Viaggi are the escorts not at all prepared - Unfortunately, Zani Viaggi does not have escorts, in the sense that they are people who on Saturday or Sunday to round off do the escorts on out-of-town trips. Not only are they unprepared across the board, but immediately after lunch they become rude and hasty to return to Bergamo and Milan, and it matters little if so many things planned and paid for in the out door we have not seen. In my opinion, those who work in the office and organize the trip do so with a little bit of criteria, but then the Sunday escorts zero in on any effort with their lack of professionalism. By the way, even to be a chaperone you would need a license...

Crowd at most I can't - Unreserved seating, so crowds of people like "Fantozzi's bus" When he goes to work. There were about 150 seats missing, just to give you an idea. Absolutely not to be repeated and even less with a child as I did. Panoramic train....probably yes, but I only saw faces of people who could not wait to get off. Never again

Okay - The guide’s English was not audible and the initial trip plan was cancelled and it was too late to book a different trip.

Civitatis fraud - Fraudulent company that sells tours through civitatis. They don't answer and civitatis washes his hands. Be careful with them

Terrible interlaken alps tour - The excursion wasn't much, the only nice part was Interlaken. The train ride was mostly in tunnels. Little landscape visibility. Very long return journey, driver very slow in driving, too. Appointment Largo Cairoli 18????? Why this address if it is Forobonaparte 10???? You make us look like idiots. Lots of complaints about the two guides. There is almost no information on the places visited, They didn't even know where they had to go, Up instead of down the ferry...absurd Negative experience.
