All recipes will be delivered at the end of the experience, so that it is possible to reproduce them independently at home for friends and relatives.

Our session is set in my culinary studio, a bona fide professional kitchen.

Brilliant cooking experience and delicious food. - We thoroughly enjoyed learning to cook Italian food with Ilaria.
She was enthusiastic and an excellent teacher. Her friendly style made the whole group feel comfortable and work together well. She also taught us much about Italian culture and the central role that food plays in it.
Highly recommend this experience.

Tasty, Informative and Fun experience - Enjoyed the chef instructions, menu and facilities. There were a group of 11 from all different countries which made it interesting. Plan to enjoy recreating recipes with family. Loved that Italians are completely obsessed with making food with a traditional methods.

Goodxway to spend an afternoon - This was a lot of fun and learned some good tips along the way. I the chef is excellent and kept everyone interested in the afternoon. The group is small so you get personal attention. After preparing the meal it was nice to eat with everyone and enjoy what we just made. I would recommend it and think, I may do it again

Don't Miss Out - Chef Llaria was fantastic. She was friendly and provided a very positive learning environment. I learned several new techniques and cooking tips. The group worked well together and we shared various experiences, snd family traditions from our own countries. I had a great experience and I highly recommend this event and Chef Llaria is a sweetheart. Don't miss out on this chance to improve your cooking skills.

Cook your own Italian l7nch - We really enjoyed our cooking course. Chef Ilaria was very patient and gave us good tips. She also talked about the ingredients and where they came from and how they worked together. Once we had cooked our lunch we all sat down and enjoyed our three courses with a glass of wine. It was also interesting meeting the others on the course from different parts of the world. A really enjoyable experience.

Cooking italian - I was with my son for a city trip to Milan and i thought to offer to ourselves a more educated view on Italian cuisine. And doing this tour was great. We both loved it. Ilaria and Nadia are very well prepared, we learnt many practical things, in a funny and easy to remember way. Meeting people from other geographies was very rich. We definitely recommend it

Special class with great local food - When I found out I had a day ij Milan waiting for a flight, I decided that going to a cooking session will be the best use of my time, as I'm not that interested in fashion. I arrived a few minutes before the required time, but at the appointed time, the shutters were still not up. 5 minutes later they opened, and the chef explained that all other clients canceled, so I was the last one who came. She said they do not do 1 person cooking classes, and offered me to do it in another time. I told her I have a flight in the evening, so she allowed the class to still happen.
So, I found myself learning how to cook great local Italian food from a master chef, while hearing stories about here nona (grandmother), and getting various tips. The food was not what I would usually order in a restaurant (expect the pasta), but I found it to be so very delicious. In the end I got recipes for all the things I made, and a good and special experience to cheris. Thank you chef, I will keep cooking Italian!

Highly recommended - This was a great experience - Ilaria made the class fun and interesting, and Fernando made sure everything was running smoothly in the background. Considering the price covers snacks and drinks, a 3 hour class, and a 3 course meal (including wine), it's very good value.
