Excellent cooking class experience - highly recommend! - Had an excellent time at the cooking class taught by Bruna's grandson. The lesson was well paced and he was very patient with us as we were learning and trying the various techniques. The tiramisu, tagliatelle and ravioli that we made were delicious! Everything was very professionally run. Had a lovely time in Bruna's beautiful home. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful pasta & Tirimasu class in Milan - This was a really fun and informative cooking class. We were involved in every step of the process & if anyone struggled, they were given friendly assistance. It was held on the top floor of a private residence & knowing you were in an authentic Italian home added to the whole enjoyment. I am a Caterer myself and would throughly recommend this class that would suit a beginner or an accomplished home cook. Many thanks Bruna!!

Dinner and an experience! - This class was fantastic and would 100% recommend this to anyone wanting dinner and an experience. Our teacher was very engaging and humorous. The recipes were simple to follow and can be made at home. The only piece of feedback was that the pastas needed more sauce.

Amazing class and lovely recipes! - Was highlight of Milan trip! The masterclass was extremely friendly, recipes are lovely, and the staff adorable! The you for pdf versions of the recipe! Had lunch after the class and made some amazing connections! Would love to come back.

Great Cooking Class with a spark in the eye. - We were in a private home with all kitchen utensils and knowledgeably guided by the experienced and skilled Chef Federico. Super good introduction to Tagliatelle, Ravioli, Tieamisu and Gelato. I will definitely come back. That was great.

Ok - Group we was with was fab but felt a little rushed and would have liked to have just eaten the pasta I had made rather than the whole groups put together.

An enjoyable learning and eating experience. - Ahead of the day I received confirmation of the ticket, travel information for the day and our tutor. We arrived with a large group at the address. There were 12 people in total. The doorbell was not working, so the start was a little delayed and there are many steps to reach the top floor apartment. Once we arrived the room was all laid out ready to start the course. There was just enough room for us to work around a large table. There is a wardrobe in the room to put your personal belongings away safely. The pace of the tuition was good, and easy to follow. All of the equipment was clean and easy to use. Extra help was available for the tutor for the washing up and for machine assistance in the pasta rolling element. We enjoyed the process and eating the results of our efforts. We were told that a selection of recipes detailing the quantities of the various ingredients and other Italian recipes would be sent to us following on from the day, but this has yet to be received. Please can this be sent on as advised on the day? Overall it was a good experience, with a nice selection of interested people and an experienced tutor.

Great experience. - Overall, an enjoyable experience. We did not cook with Bruna - her grandson Pietro runs the operation. The experience was great, food delicious, and atmosphere enjoyable. I think they need to make the group a little smaller than 14 people (maybe 10 to 12). It was a a bit crowded and took a very long time to complete the tasks. My daughter was hungry since we did not eat for a bit.

Fun - This experience was fun but with a group of 15 the room was too small and was hard to hear Fredrico. It’s would be better with a smaller group to have the chance to ask more questions. Some of the pasta was nice but other pieced were hard, it would have been great if Fredrico had been allowed to taste it to tell us why some was nicer than others and so when we make at home it we would know where we went wrong. For the price the recipes should have been printed and available to take away with us
