Good tour - The tour was informative with the right timing and not overbearing. We learned so much about this famous place which was used for even more than the opera. Although we had to be patient since there was a lighting rehearsal for that evening's performance, we did get into a box to view the theater and that was a thrill. Make sure not to miss this historical and very interesting site and book your tour earlier rather than later.

La Scala - Our guide was extremely well informed about all aspects of La Scala. It was worth the price. One of the best tours we have been on.

Excellent tour. - Booked online. Slightly chaotic at the start of this tour due to other (non-La Scala) tours taking place at the same time and from the same place. Once the La Scala tour guide arrived we were removed from the chaos and enjoyed a lovely hour exploring The Opera House - visiting the boxes, the stalls and behind the stage. Our guide was very informative and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Fascinating insight into the theatre - The tour guide was excellent- she was very interesting and passionate about the theatre, and told many fascinating stories which also provided an insight into life in the theatre. We loved the opportunity to sit in the boxes and watch them change the set for an upcoming performance. Highly recommend!

La Scala tour couldn't be better. - I booked the Viator tour last minute as I could not get tickets directly throught the La Scala website, and I'm glad I did as our guide (Lorenna?) was absolutely wonderful. She gave a very informative discussion of the theater both outside and inside, demonstrating her passion it's history. Try to go when a performance is scheduled that night as the stage may be open to view.

Theatre and guide are worth it - Good tour and guide who was informative and organized. Unfortunately a lot of the theatre was closed and under construction but the guide still gave a great tour.

Good tour but too much depth for me - If you are an opera aficionado, this is the your for you. As a casual opera fan only interested in an in depth look at the theater, the tour was a little dry. Guide was incredibly knowledgeable, but far too detailed about the history for me. I suppose it was my fault that I didn’t realize the full tour content.
