Excellent - The guide Allesandro was very pleasant. Spoke good english and was very knowledgeable and patient. He made it worthwhile in the blazing sun. The driver of bus (i think name was Giorgio?) was phenomenal. He drove that huge bus in narrow roads so carefully as if it was a toy! So perfect. Thbak you

Beautiful lake como trip - This was a nice day trip to lake como. We learned a lot about the history and villas around the lake. It was informative and fun trip. First we take the bus around the lake and then we take a boat and we stop in the little cute town of Bellagio. I had a great time eating lunch and strolling the small streets. I highly recommend this day trip from Milan!

Beautiful landscapes and very professional tour team - My family took the trip from Milan to Lake Como on July 20th and the experience was wonderful, the place is incredible and we want to highlight the professionalism of the team! They were very attentive, the lady was very knowledgeable about local history and brought very interesting information, as well as translating English and Spanish very well. The boy was very attentive to support the group. I highly recommend Zeni Viaggio, it was really worth taking the tour with them! Congratulations team

Lake Como - The tour guide was awesome! Great views, bus was nice and clean, and the boat ride was very informative. My only complaint is the ride home was taken along the opposite side of the lake to get additional views. However, everyone on the bus was super tired and it would have been nicer to just go home early rather than take the longer way home. I do appreciate the tour guide, Simone, and all his amazing expertise on the tour! Also probs to Pablo’s amazing driving!

So much beauty around! - Lake Como views are unrivalled . Just being there makes you feel so much better about everything . A beautiful place all together. The only thing that spoiled it for me is the false advertising of “ private boat” . Is not a private boat but a boat that takes at least 50 persons. There were not enough seats on upper deck and the existing ones were far too low. There was no shade on upper deck. I suggest using the local ferry in the future : everyone gets a seat and there is shade on upper deck.

A nice day trip! - We overall really enjoyed this day trip to Lake Como. We stopped in the town of Como for an hour at the end of the day but it felt like too long of a day at that point. We did bring 4 young children, but we had 45 min of free time which just didn’t feel worth it. The Lake Como/Bellagio part was well worth it though and I enjoyed having a carefree day where someone else planned the schedule! Rafael was our tour guide and he was fantastic!

Lake Como day trip - Boat cruise to Bellagio was brilliant. Bellagio stay was a little too long . 2 hrs there would have been better than the 3 to catch boat back. Was a long day of 11 hrs but overall was very good and well organised. The tour guide Massimo iI think, was brilliant

Much to like on Lake Como - Good overall, but could have done with more time in Como and less time on the bus. Everything else went well, and Bellagio was the highlight.

Too much time on the bus - Would have preferred only English commentary. Back and forth between languages was distracting. His accent and hesitation in speaking English was also a little hard to follow. Bus ride going generally boring. They should have given an ETA to first stop. Change to itinerary to stop at Como Cathedral at the end instead of beginning as per itinerary was not announced. Not much explanation of anything we saw except who owned the villa. Not enough seats on boat. Had to ask how long was the boat ride and confirm Bellagio was first stop. Bus ride after boat from Bellagio was terrible thru a lot of tunnels in dark. Not sure if we were going to Como or not. Guide said something about buses not allowed in Como, but couldn't understand the whole thing. The train would have been faster and cheaper. The boat ride around the lake gave good views of the villas. Bellagio was cute. May have been only 2 good points.
