Good use of time overall - Our hostess Lina was sweet and ran the tour very timely. It is rather long by bus but to be expected. Just enough time to “taste” each stop. We took Lina’s recommendation and tried the tableside prepared fettuccine at Suisse restaurant in Bellagio, It did not disappoint!

Fantastic Tour. - We had a great day, our tour guide Franco and the driver Mario are fantastic, friendly, knowledgable, provided great information and recommendations of local spots for lunch and coffee.

Glad I Went - Spectacular scenery. Lugano relaxed and stylish. Guides were very helpful in corralling guests who were milling about the waiting area before tour. I personally received a needed phone call from the tour manager. It would be helpful if the tour company and guides could have some sort of pre-arranged and notified sign or color so that guests could line up in front of the correct tour bus. Glad I went.

Superb Lake Tour - Would highly recommend this tour to give you a taste of Lake Como and Lake Lugano. Bellagio is a stunning little town, lots of local art & craft shops and superb restaurants plus the boat tour shows off some of the highlights (WOW! The villas!!) around this part of Lake Como. Lake Lugano is also a small town that packs a punch with lots of shopping opportunities and a beautiful lake-side aspect. Can’t forget to mention the fantastic Franco who was our tour guide for the day who provided us with loads of interesting facts as the day unfolds…..and I’m sure he can do so in ANY language! And he can sing opera! Absolute talent and made the day really enjoyable. Definitely a 5 star tour 🤩

Amazing - Lina our tour guide was amazing , she is so cute and knowledgeable, I highly recommend this tour
Hours of scenery drives with a comfortable bus and a fantastic boat ride on lake como and a nice 90 min stop in bellagio.

Very enjoyable - Andrea was a wonderful guide, Luigi was a great driver. All my many questions were answered thoughtfully and clearly. Andrea explained everything and gave us lots of good information. We had plenty of time at the stops and a very comfortable ride in the bus.

Great iteneraty, bad tour guide - My sister and I had only one day to tour outside Milan. We booked the tour one day before. Our main issue was with the tour guide. We didn't get the time and location we need to meet back after touring Como. The guide was mad that we should had to listen more and talk less in the bus... Also in every location we stopped, he had a map for us to take a picture and figure out where to go. In one the stop, we didn't know the directions to see the gardens... The bottom line the company should improve the tour guide quality. We came for vacation to enjoy...

Not bad, not great - The tour operator was not as friendly as other tour guides. Stops in Como and Bellagio were very short. Instead of giving us more time in the cities, they took the long way home to ensure we had a full tour of the lake when in reality a good part of the ride was in tunnels. Boat ride was amazing and seeing the sights were great. Would have taken a lot more planning to see these sights if I were to have not taken the tour. Not bad, just not great!
