Fantastic adventure in the lake country - Wonderful experience. Roberto was an outstanding guide, very engaging and knowledgeable. We (small group of around 20) were lucky to have outstanding weather (clear blue skies all day) for the first day of spring. After a 60 minute journey from Milan to the town of Como, we had an hour or so to walk the town at leisure. Then we drove along the western shore of the lake, passing several impressive villas to catch our private boat to Bellagio. Being off-season, crowds and traffic were light, and the snow capped mountains plus spring bloom made for lovely vistas. We had ample time to walk around including lunch (on our own). The highlight of the day was our private cruise along the lake, admiring many villas. We returned to the bus for the final leg to Lugano, Switzerland, again having an hour or so to enjoy this beautiful town at leisure. We returned to Milan around 8pm. Highly recommend, would do this again. Note Lugano is in Switzerland so need to bring passports.

Marvellous Day Trip - Wonderful day trip lasting approximately 10hours. It was well planned with plenty site seeing time in Como, Bellagio and Lugano. Our trip was led by Ricardo, who was amazing, friendly, welcoming and so knowledgeable on the all places we visited. The coach was driven by Claudio and it was a marvel how he managed all the roads. Thank you so much to Ricardo and Claudio for making the day so enjoyable.

MUST tour - Incredible experience! This is the tour you can’t miss out on! Our guide was informative and honest, recommending us places that were worth the experience. We had plenty of time to walk around between each location. The boat had a perfect amount of space for people to take pics. Boat ride was lengthy. Wear sunscreen! Shout out to Franco for explaining the tour in many languages!

A day well spent! - To visit Lake Como and Lugano was on my Bucket list for the longest time and I got to experince the best of both worlds on this tour! Even though this was a long tour, the time flew by. The transportaion was comfortable and of course the views were amazing. Our guide was very informative too, overall a great day with loads of great memories!

Must do tour during your Milan stay - Lake Como is beautiful. Our tour guide Simona was excellent and made a tour very entertaining. It took as about 10 hours overall.

Great memorable trip - Bus driver was abit rough at the first place with many emergency brakings... overall was fine. trip was good with natural scenaries... but time at one place was too short especially at Lugano...

Level lake como and bellagio not so much lugano - We booked this tour through Viator. Meet up point instructions were clearly provided and we boarded the bus which wasn’t overly crowded and a nice ride. I did take Dramamine because I get car sick and no problems. Our tour guide was very informative. Once we arrived at Lake Como we had a chance to grab coffee and a treat. The boat ride was fantastic. Beautiful scenic ride. Then Bellagio for 2 hours and were provided recommendations for lunch we chose a carry out pasta place, incredible and was able to eat inside. Wish we had more time here. The last part f the trip was my least favorite. Went to Lugano and if you want to high end shop you will love it but otherwise that is all there is to do. Basically a city on a lake. I would rather visit another small town on lake como.

Overall pleasant and relaxing tour - Firstly - Viator should give more information on the meeting point and not just the address, I.e. near which hotel or train station, etc. because there are two Piazza with the same name without postcode so google would take you to the wrong meeting point. This itinerary meeting point is next to Hotel Gallia and passed the Milan Centrale Train Station.
Both Lake Lagano and Bellagio were too short time allocated but not much to do on Sunday when all shops and restaurants are closed except a few. In Lagano, the nice rich hot chocolate is in Vanini but not worth eating in Bellagio for lunch as there are lots more restaurants and shops and bars opened when we arrived in Lake Como valley. We enjoyed the an hour private cruise!!

Well organized - Experience for first time with a well organized tour. The time at each destination was well structured. I appreciate the bus ride, boat, ferry, all handled by tour.
A few things I personally wish were different:
1. Stay with group for food/cafe, etc.
I was lost twice and felt anxious by myself in an unfamiliar place.
2. Add more facts or links on website for reading/learning while in between.
3. Make recommendations in advance so guest can research which makes best sense for group.
4. Shorten day, 10 hours in a long time.
