Famous - It was he pointed out famous people’s residence and the JFK memorial. Even though it was rainy the day was pleasant and we met friends.

Would go again! - The host was very kind. He took us to the oldest street in the town of Como and showed us where Dante spent some time. The experience of the ferry to Bellagio is beyond words. I hope to go again soon. Overall, the tour was very well done. Clear, well-managed, and an excellent experience.

Be early - Unable to make the trip due to weather conditions and traffic was terrible trying to get to the meeting point, so missed the tour.

Lake Como was breathtaking - Lake Como was breathtaking. I wish we had stopped to take some pictures overlooking the lake. The town of Como was interesting, ancient buildings.

A day on Lake como - Boat ride to Bellagio. The day was wonderful with the exception of the audio equipment was very poor ~ hard to hear with static.

Good but not great - Pick up at hotel was great. Met at meeting spot once dropped off and waited 40 minutes in the rain for the bus to show up. AC on bus did not work most of the time. Toilet was out of order which was a major problem for 70 plus people. Guides were knowledgeable but did not pace the walking to the older crowd. Too fast. Overall good but not great.

Long day - It was a longer day than anticipated and spent about 6 hours commuting via uncomfortable bus or Ferry/Boat. More time doing that than actually seeing things. That said, Lake Como was beautiful and our tour guide was great. Just a poorly planned itinerary

Bad tour - The tour guide was just horrible at one point when 2 people from our group were in the restroom for just 2 minutes she kept going and my husband had to tell her to at least tell us when is she going or at what time is the meeting point at the boat.
They did a big detour to the Como city that took 2 and a half hours! For nothing! And once we got there there was nothing to see or do for an hour.

We booked a tour in... - We booked a tour in English. We were on a tour where the guide had to switch constantly between English and Spanish and it was a dual language tour. We never received a notification that the tour has changed. The guide did his best to translate one sentence at a time so he keeps everybody involved but it was extremely distracting. As English was a second language for my parents mixing it up with spanish on every sentence made it extremely confusing so I had to translate to them the whole time what is going on. Also while we were on the boat the guide kept talking with a part of the group in Spanish but kept his mic on so we all had to listen to it just in case that he decides to tell us all something. It would have been better if he turns off his mic when having private conversations so the rest of the group could at least enjoy the sights in silence.
The weather was not optimal as it rained which might be the reason for the combines group but when we arrived in Varena he told us that we have about an hour before the ferris. He did not give us any guidance as to what is there to see in Varena where is that located not even where the restaurants are as the one he left us in front of was full already so we had to figure out what to do and where to go in the rain entirely on our own. I personally love to explore on my own but the whole reason to book a tour was to have it all be organized as I was traveling with my parents who had limitations. I did enjoy the boat tour and the walk through Bellagio despite the weather but would not recommend the tour in general.

Next time? - Missed the trip due to stolen passport in Venice! Not even a partial reimbursement. Spent the entire day at US Consulate
