A Must for da Vinci Fans - If you have any interest in the life and work of Leonardo da Vinci, this is a must-see in Milan. The exhibits are built around his work in the Codex Atlanticus where he sketches out his thoughts about flight mechanics, defense systems, and civil construction. The brilliance of this museum is in the dozens of replicas of da Vinci's works that have been constructed by experts in the field. Visitors can see how da Vinci planned to construct flying machines, submarines, helicopters, and other forward-looking machines. The museum also has a section where kids (and their adult friends) can play around trying to replicate some of da Vinci's works. Although a small museum, it is easy to spend 90-120 minutes going through its many displays.

Milan Museum - A very interesting museum not just Da Vinci exhibits which absolutely fascinating to say the least, another exhibition on recycling caught my eye well presented and left me walking away with things to think about how we dispose of and recycle waste. Well worth a visit a 10 minute round the corner walk from a metro station, there are things to do for younger visitors i saw but not having not got young children i can honestly say did not pay to much attention on that one. Clean toilets and a cafe outside to break up the visit, plus helpful staff on hand to point things out. But for me personally it was all about Leonardo Da Vinci

Leonardo3 Exhibit - Milan - We liked the exhibit. The models of Leonardo’s designs are excellent. The prohibition on photography is not necessary.

Come before the Cenacolo - With so many things to see and do in Milan, another Leonardo Museum wouldn't be my first choice if it weren't for the heat. Also, it´s a nice place for kids and teenagers that have seen enough paintings and sculptures for the day. This museum gives you a good idea of how Leonardo's ideas would have looked if turned into reality. I also suggest to visit this place before going to the Cenacolo, to admire how the mural may lave looked when it was completed.

Skip Leonardo 3. - Trang exhibition. All information must be read on a touch screen as everything on the walls is in Italian. The touch screens must then be shared with 200 other tourists who have fallen into a trap. I got out of the museum without getting any better at knowing who Leonardo was. Skip Leonardo 3 and go over to the Leonardo DaVinci Science Museum, which is amazing.
