Just visit!! We loved it!!! - What a nice Museum! It’s a relatively small museum? But make no mistake, worth to visit. It’s right next to the Galleria and Duomo, Scala and Leonardo da Vinci statue… not a chance to miss. The museum present a collection of the main works of Leonardo, and presents the concept and the actual works build up. Offers interactive activities to build Leonardo’s towers, Robot digitally; has audio guide, has all different sections for instruments and painting; the last Supper section; and even an workshop area - hands on! We had a lot of fun and got to know much more about Leonardo da Vinci legacy! Amazing!

A Must See! - A must see! Very well design and thoughtful exhibit. Plan on spending several hours. Try to see this exhibit before viewing the actual Last Supper.

A fine visit, but expensive - A detailed overview of LdV's life and research. Many life-sized models, and some interactive displays that were good for both adults and children. Cons: The museum is small. It was also crowded, and we had to fight to move around sometimes. I wish they didn't pack it to capacity. If you want more than tiny bits of information in English (or other non-Italian language), you have to pay extra (5 euro) for the audio guide.

All the genius of Leonardo even in 3D in the center of Milan for the whole family - Beautiful museum for the whole family. Throughout the exhibition you can see Leonardo’s absolute genius declined in all fields of knowledge. All embellished by the presence of some pages of the original codes. Beautiful idea to have interactive 3D reconstructions for children and building some machines is the icing on the cake! Really good. Excellent reception and helpfulness of the staff. Only drawback maybe too much content in a fairly small space.

Da Vinci's Magnificent Works - If you are a fan of Leonardo da Vinci, this museum is a must see! Most of these inventions were composed while da Vinci lived in Milan and worked for the prestigious and powerful Sforza family. After studying his detailed drawings, dedicated engineers have brought several of Master Leonardo's machines to reality. Visitors can view several of his flying experiments which hang from the ceiling, his perpetual motion device, his machines of war, his musical instruments (along with a recording of what they sound like), the studies for the fabulous huge equestrian monument promised to Francesco Sforza that was never built, and more. He was the epitome of the Renaissance man: painter, inventor, thinker, his mind was constantly questioning reality and anticipating the future. The museum is beautiful, but needs more translations of the explantions of da Vinci's work in English. Too, it is often visited by crowds of students who can be boisterous and lack respect for anything other than having time beyond the classroom. Count on taking at least two hours studying the works of the great Leonardo da Vinci, and appreciating his insight and curiosity.

Interesting but not unmissable - The museum presents a series of wooden and computer reconstructions of Leonardo's drawings, with interesting explanations, although in the long run the whole thing is a little repetitive. There is also a nice analysis of the Lady with the Ermine and the digital reconstruction of the Last Supper. Place more suitable for tourists who approach Leonardo and children for the first time. The ticket, about 15 euros, is quite expensive.

Exhibition with original drawings by Leonardo - This museum has never interested me, because they are interactive reconstructions, but I did not miss the opportunity to visit it on the occasion of the exhibition with two original drawings by Leonardo and the famous portrait of Francesco Melzi, his pupil.

Disappointing - The exhibition was boring and uncool. Far too much to read and NOTHING to join in. Except for the complicated mechanical models that didn't tell me anything, everything else was printed. Even the video show at the end was nothing to say and dull without any realization value. Taking €21 for it is a cheek.
