Easy transfer from MXP airport - This was an excellent service. Convenient and great price. There was a banana peel and gum on the front pocket of our seat but otherwise it was a clean bus. I'm so happy we didn't have to worry about navigating the train system or $100+ car transfer. The bus dropped us literally 4mins walking distance from our hotel Excelsior Hotel Gallia (which was LOVELY as well by the way & in a great location) I love that the bus runs every 30mins too! Would definitely use again in the future.

We were asked to bring a... - We were asked to bring a printed copy of the voucher, which was inconvenient. The location shown on Google Maps was incorrect, and the staff at the pickup point were unhelpful. They didn’t properly check our voucher and later told us we were waiting on the wrong side. When we tried on the other side, we had a similar experience. The driver was good and the bus ride itself was comfortable, but for someone new to Milan, the confusion around finding the correct stop and the lack of clear communication from staff made the experience frustrating and not worth the trouble.

Use the train - It's just chaos, no queuing system. I ended up paying for the express train to avoid the return chaos, pushing and shoving

Bad experience - I bought my ticket at the desk inside the airport Milan Malpensa to go to the city center, because the woman at the desk told me that the next departure was one minute later and the platform really close.
But they didn't let me get on this bus though. And I needed to wait for the next one that was departing 30 min later. No possibility to refund.
The journey was super long and the personal unfriendly.

Disappointed - Informed to pick up tickets/vouchers for the bus and went to meeting location and nothing was there.
Contacted tour company and no response with further information.
Ended up using alternative transport to the airport.

Waste of money - We had a glitch of a system, the tickets got bought for the other way around. We were told that's it's not a problem by a multiple drivers before that one bus we needed. The driver made us pay again and was brutaly rude and screamed.

Want the full heat stroke experience? Just use Terravision - Took the Terravision shuttle from Milan Centrale on a blazing hot day—big mistake. The bus had no air conditioning, the windows couldn’t be opened, and the only hatch for ventilation was “off-limits” because, according to the driver, it was broken and might fly away if opened.
To make things worse, it was 39°C (102°F) outside, and somehow even hotter inside—because the driver had the heat on. Yes, the heat. Maybe the engine was overheating and this was his DIY cooling method? Who knows.
There was an elderly couple near us who were visibly struggling to breathe. The ride took over 45 minutes, and honestly, it felt like a slow roast on wheels. If someone had passed out or had a heart attack, who would’ve been responsible?
When we complained at the Terravision desk, they shrugged and said they “just sell the tickets.” Multiple emails to customer service later—still no compensation or meaningful response.
Bottom line: Use at your own risk. Next time, I’m taking a regular bus. At least you get fresh air—and dignity—for a better price.
