Excellent and professional! - The tour was well organized and the radio transmitter worked well to hear and receive all the information from the tour guide. Our tour guide Mario was magnificent! He was extremely knowledgeable on Milan’s history and very passionate about his hometown and heritage which made the tour enjoyable! Marko was engaging and answered very question presented. I highly recommend this tour especially with Marko! Mahalo and Aloha!

Tour director needed to... - Tour director needed to be more aware of the people in her group. SHe was hard to follow, and understand. Her audio kept going off and she wasn’t aware. Never stopped to regather

Earphones Crackly with Static - Our guide was very nice, but really, really hard to hear and understand. There was a ton of static if she held the microphone too close to her mouth. We only caught about 60% of the commentary. After the tour, I had to google a bunch of things that I missed. I wish we had done a self guided tour instead.

Last Supper was great, rest of tour was cancelled - The Last Supper tour was good in a that it gave us access to the fresco, which can be hard to get. The guide gave us a nice commentary. Unfortunately, the tour company cancelled the rest of the walking tour to include the Duomo and the Scala Teatro. They said events were going on at both however we went by the cathedral and it was open and there was nothing unusually was going on in the piazza outside. We would have gladly substituted other locations in Milan for a tour, and said as much, however they just said that they had to cancel those two parts of the walking tour and had nothing else to offer. They did however kindly return a portion or the cost of the tour to make up for the cancellation.

Tour doesn't follow the schedule - We didn't have time to visit da Vinci's Last Supper as the tour doesn't end at the specified time listed in the description. We planed our itinerary around the their times listed for each experience. The end time listed in the description corresponds to when you will visit to see the Vinci's last supper, not the actual end time. The description needs to specifically state when everything will end. The tour guide was also not knowledgeable and it was hard to understand. The 3 hour and 30 minute experience, includes 1-hour of free time of doing nothing. Please save your money and buy your tickets directly from the museum!!!
