Delightful walking tour hits all of Milan’s highlights - This was a wonderful walking tour. Our guide Daniele had so much information at his fingertips and was also quite funny. I loved learning all about the Duomo and La Galleria. Lots of walking, so wear comfortable shoes. And the tour ends at the Last Supper location, so bring a good map or be ready to catch a taxi back to the Duomo or your next destination. You only walk past La Scala. You do not go inside. The Castle/Fort is very interesting. I had not heard of it before. And the Last Supper is sublime, but they are protecting it well, so you are limited to 15 minutes of viewing. It was the only tour we did while in Milan, but it covered the main attractions.

Excellent guide makes the tour - The best part of this tour was the guide, Silva. She was very informative, down to earth, handled questions well and she managed to keep a sense of reverence towards the last supper experience even though she may have given the tour many times.

Awesome guide, knowledgeable & engaging - Our guide Marika was excellent. Her knowledge and pride of Milan, its eclectic history, in context and with insight, make this one of the best tours you’ve ever taken. She was interesting, created vivid scenarios for us to imagine life hundreds and hundreds of years ago and gave us some cool recommendations for lunch and the best gelato we ever had.

Milan walking tour with Last Supper - Silva was very knowledgeable and cheerful. She gracefully maneuvered us around the overly crowded spaces as she shared the history of the sights we saw.

Great tour, interesting and informative - The tour was very good. Our guide was very knowledgable and helpful. The only negative that we experienced was that the location of the meeting point for the start of the tour was not clear. They should specify that the tour starts in front of the bookstore near the duomo, or give a GPS cordinate.

Sloppy Admin, Great Guide. - Tour was absolutely incredible and our guide was so friendly and a wealth of knowledge, so I don't have any concerns there. However, our tour time was rescheduled two days before the trip, which was annoying and conflicted with other plans we had. Ultimately, we still really wanted to see the Last Supper, so we decided to rearrange things and make it happen. We were told to report at 1:30 for a 1:45 tour. Then when I responded that that would work, they told us to report at 1:15 for a 1:30 tour. Well, there were about 30 of us there at 1:15, but no guide showed up til 1:45 and we didn't depart until 2. Also, then the tour ended up being 3.5 hours instead of 3 (because our Duomo tickets were at 2 and our Last Supper ones were at 5:15). I don't know what was happening with the admin end of these tours but it seemed very disorganized. The tour guides aren't responsible for that kind of thing, but despite our call trying to figure out where the guide was, we didn't get a really strong apology, just "the guide is delayed." I don't really believe the guide was the problem-- I think the company was having organization problems and no one was getting told the right times, customers or guides alike. All in all, I might book with another group if I had the option. We took several walking tours with the company "Walks" on our trip and never had any of these kinds of issues.
