Guests are kindly asked to to respect the sacredness of the prayer areas by maintaining silence and not disturbing others.
Please activate the silent mode on your mobile phones, speak softly, and if available, deposit suitcases, bags, large backpacks, and umbrellas in designated areas.
Clients must arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the start of the tour. This is due to the timed entry of the tickets.
Tickets are timed and expire within 5 to 10 minutes.
Please be advised that it is not possible to join the tour after it has commenced.
Please note that although infants are admitted free of charge, it is essential to include them in your reservation to ensure they receive their complimentary entrance ticket.
The Duomo di Milano may experience unforeseen closures due to liturgical celebrations. In such cases, your guides will provide explanations from outside the cathedral.

Excellent tour guide - Fadia Awwad was an excellent tour guide. She made this tour excellent!!! She was very informative and provided so much historical information as well as topics on places to see, eat, visit and spend time while in Milan. I would highly recommend her for any tour. She was very easy to understand and was very helpful.

Great half day tour - This was a great last-minute tour and the perfect length of time to see some of the highlights in and around the Duomo. Maurizio was an excellent and very knowledgeable guide. Recommend if you’re short of time and want to skip the line at the Duomo.

Great for teens - Great tour, informative and not too long. My teens enjoyed it very much. For females make sure to cover your shoulders and to wear long bottoms entering the church.

great - Our guide made an extra effort to find us (group of 4), we were late to our meeting point by 10 minutes. She took us thru the Duomo and explained many interesting things to us, allowing even for us to translate for our Greek relatives. Then we went to the Galleria and the opera house, La Scala (for a small additional entry fee, since it was not part of the tour). La Scala and the Duomo were the two main things we were interested in, so this tour really took care of it for us. Probably the best guided tour I have ever been on.

Amazing Experience - This is a perfect tour for those wanting some history on Milan and the duomo. Our guide Valeria was amazing. She knew so much and made the entire experience memorable! Don’t hesitate to book this!!! You are amazing Valeria!!! She was very informative and patient and answered all of our questions. She was extremely personable. She knew all of our names. She has been the most personable tour guide we have had in all of Italy. The terrace option is a must! It will take your breath away.

A great experience & a great way to view the Duomo! - The tour was excellent & our guide Barbara from Walks in Europe was informative, very knowledgeable & even on a wet day, made sure she got all the sites covered while ensuring that we were covered & stayed dry too! We only had 4 in the group & Barbara’s personality & easy presentation style made it feel like it was a personal tour for each of us. The walk on the terrace of the Duomo is a must if you’re visiting - fantastic views of the city but you also get up close to the magnificent roofline sculptures & stunning carved facades.
