Relaxing, fun and informative - My son and I had a wonderful tour. Our guide brought a perfect mix of history and local knowledge to help us get to know the city. He helped us get comfortable with the segways and kept us safe on a busy day. It was a perfect way to get our bearings. Loved it.

Better impossible - Luigi super friendly, the tour is worth every peso spent, I recommend the 7:30 tour the constructions are already illuminated

Awesome sightseeing in fun style!! - Ww did a private tour for 2. Awesome!! Segway were very easy to get around on (without any experience). This is a great way to see alot of major sites in a short period of time while zooming along on the Segways. Our tour guide was the best. He gave us a lot of interesting facts while keeping the conversation lively. Definitely highly recommended!

Fun and interesting Segway tour of Milan - We took this tour with our family of 4 (including 2 sons, ages 22 and 24). Our tour guide was Antonio. All of us really enjoyed this tour and felt that Antonio was a fantastic guide. He made sure everyone in our group of 8 could safely operate the Segway, then we took off. The route was perfect...we saw a castle, the Duomo, the Teatro al Scalia, went through the Brera neighborhood, saw shopping areas, etc. We stopped at major sites and listened to Antonio's explanations of them through the earpiece listening systems. Despite there being plenty of people around these areas, crowds were never an issue with us navigating on the Segways. Antonio always made sure everyone made it safely across all intersections. Finally, having been on several Segway tours, I felt that these machines in particular were maintained very well and were very smooth and easy to operate. This was a wonderful tour, and I would highly recommend it.

Don’t miss this amazing tour. - Antonio was the perfect guide. He got us safely round Milan with no incidents. Plenty of time for photo stops and a fantastic amount of information about Milan and Italy. One of the best things to do. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

Super fun experience - Our guide Antonio was excellent, it was our first time to try Segway but because of him the experience was most safe and memorable. We got overall idea about Milan central district, all monuments, where to shop, to eat and to hangout in Milano .

Unfortunately my session... - Unfortunately my session was cancelled because of poor weather forecasts. But viator communications were excellent. Kept me informed through out.

Viator Customer Service HORRIBLE. - I can’t review the tour itself, as we never actually made it there. As far as I know, our tour guide waited for us to arrive late which was very kind of them. I’m sure it was a great tour, we didn’t get to experience it, so I can’t comment on how the tour itself went. But it looked nice. We had an emergency that morning and wasn’t able to attend, my phone broke and we didn’t even have a working phone to contact the tour group. I requested a refund after explaining my situation, immediately denied from some random customer service member who responded to my request within 3 minutes, and could care less about my situation. Which is disappointing, because I’ve traveled with TripAdvisor and Viator many of times through the years with no issues. I’m in a country I don’t know, with a phone that doesn’t work, scrambling around to ASK someone where I can fix my phone on a Sunday with a lot of places closed. (couldn’t look anything up it was broken) before I left for my next destination the following morning. The last thing I was worried about was a Segway tour. Considering traveling is so expensive in general, it would have been to be approved for a refund during this emergency of mine and I would have continued to use trip advisor for bookings in the future. Not anymore! I hope Kristie from customer service breaks her phone on vacation too 😊
