- Not wheelchair accessible for the Rooftoops of the Duomo Cathedral
- A dress code is required to enter places of worship and selected museums. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women.
- It is FORBIDDEN to introduce inside Duomo food, liquids, knifes, ceramic mugs and everything that can be used as blunt weapon.
- Kindly consider that after the elevator, there are around 50 stairs in order to reach the top of the Cathedral, and back down at the end of the tour

Worth every penny! - Kiara was an amazing tour guide!!! She made the history exciting! Also, the cathedral itself was stunning. This tour is definitely worth every penny spent!

The combination tour of... - The combination tour of the cathedral and the rooftop was well worth getting. Our guide was very knowledgeable and was prepared with additional pictures to help illustrate the important parts of the cathedral.

An Architectural Diamond - Our tour guide was humorous and very informative. She took the appropriate amount of time to explain the many details related to the Duomo, and she was very attentive to our group. The interior stain glass windows, the many stone statues, and the rooftop views were phenomenal. All make this place an Architectural Diamond, and I would definitely recommend this tour. So much so that I would like to return during my next visit to Milan in the spring/summer season because there was so so much to see on a cloudy day that I can only imagine the rooftop views during more seasonable weather. My only regret is forgetting my tour guide's name, but for now I will call her Aces, because that in itself describes our experience.

Best tour ever! - This was the most amazing tour experiences ever!
Where to begin with my review? Our tourguide Chiara was an absolute star! From her knowledge to her love of Milano and the Duomo to her incredible memory and quick wit and jokes. She made the tour informative, fun and entertaining! The tour started promptly on time and we had nice blend of reviewing the exterior of the Duomo, the interior and then of course the rooftop. It was a little over two ours fifteen minutes- but you could stay as long as you liked o. The rooftop and church after the tour concluded. Well worth the price for sure! My parents, husband and I had such an incredible experience that the memories will live in our hearts forever. Chiara was able to include several places to sit, rest or use the restrooms in between. She was very transparent about the amount of steps involved which was helpful for my parents who were able to climb the roof at their own pace. My dad is 80 years young and this was hands down his favorite part of our trip to Milano! Thank you Viator!!

Breathtaking - Kiara our tour guide was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and passionate about the history of the Duomo. Absolutely worth it to see the amazing size and architecture both inside and out, especially from the roof top!

Very good tour - This was a good tour. The guide was nice and knowledgeable. We walked through the duomo, and then took the lift to the roof.

Great tour guide. ... - Great tour guide. Beautiful views.
Not sure if personally recommend the tour as there is a great I'm deal of dichotomy between this church and the story of Jesus Christ, but unfortunately that's Christianity

A must see! - Our guide was very knowledgeable and efficient in keeping our group together.
He explained the architecture, the 400 year history of building the cathedral and much more.
I read about the roof top tour and it did not disappoint. There was an elevator and than steps to get to the first level. Then another 70 steps to get to the very top. The views were so worth it.
For those with bad knees, hips or back, there is an elevator down but you do have to go down about 70 steps to get to the elevator. All in all a wonderful experience.

Couldn’t find the guided tour spot, we missed the tour and can’t get a refund. Not good, avoid this company. - The address for the meeting point was not clear or correct, we were there 15 min before and we were told to go somewhere else then we got to that spot and were told to go somewhere else and then got to that spot and were told to go somewhere else. We then missed the guided tour we paid for, very disappointing. There should be a clearer or more defined landmarks or objects to find the meeting place.
