Interesting tour that is worth the time to learn about one of the highlights of Milan - With The Last Supper being one of the highlights of Milan, I highly recommend this tour. We had Lucina as our tour guide who was a wealth of knowledge throughout the experience. We started the tour by viewing the Last Supper, and it's truly breathtaking. It was interesting to learn about how the location of the painting has been affected over the years with wars and such, and really nice to have time in the room to take it all in. Afterwards we started our walking tour toward the castle, and had a few stops along the way of places we otherwise probably wouldn't have known to visit. The tour did end at the castle (maybe a half mile away from the starting point), which was better for us as it was closer to our hotel, and allowed us to have additional time to view everything there because it's huge!

Art and Power in Renaissance Milan - Seeing The Last Supper and hearing the story of its creation and restoration. Excellent commentary about the church, the architecture, the neighborhood around the church and the castle and the Michelangelo sculpture.

Unforgettable experience - not to be missed!!!!!! - I wish I could remember the name of our tour guide. She was amazing. This was a small group tour of the Last Supper and the Sforza Castle on 9/17/24 at 1:15pm.
It is hard to list just one or 2 memories. The entire tour was outstanding due to the tour guide's knowledge and ability to share her insight.
The Last Supper is of course awe inspiring. But the tour guide's insight into the painting, descriptions, and history of Michelangelo and his technique made this experience so much more.
Our visit to the castle was similar experience. Her knowledge of history as well as her scrutiny of Michelangelo's statue was again incredible.
I can't say enough about the tour guide and how she made this tour unforgettable.
This is my first Viator experience - but definitely will not be my last. So well done!

The Last Supper & Sforza Castle - This was an Excellent tour and tour guide! I would highly recommend this tour when you are in Milan. The tour with a guide is a must.

Excellent experience - Good experience, our guide Laora was friendly and gave us a lot of insights.
I would recommend since it is very difficult to book tickets for The last supper.

Pretty sketchy...at best. - The trip turned out to be a bait and switch! We were booked on a 13:15 p.m. tour 10/8/24. We arrived into town at 11:15 by train; no luggage. At 11:30, I received a call and text saying our tour starts now and we would be locked out of the castle bt 12:00 p.m. We were 20 minutes away by cab. We planned to walk it. I was told no refund and had to take it up with someone else. Buyer beware!
