  This is a unique Italian cooking lesson. You’ll be welcomed into my historic house in the center of Milan, featuring a terrace lush with flowers and trees. Here, you’ll savor the delicious dishes you prepare: pasta, ravioli, and gelato, accompanied by excellent wine and limoncello made from lemons grown on my terrace. I will share all the secrets of making tagliatelle and the famous ravioli, so you can return home as an authentic Italian chef. You will also learn the secrets of classic gelato—soft, creamy, and made from our family recipes that adhere to Italian traditions! Your friends at home will be amazed when you serve them homemade dishes you learned to make following typical Italian recipes in a unique and rare setting.
  Cooking is a family tradition: when Grandma Bruna is too tired, her daughter, grandson, and granddaughter step in to help.
  In our family, we all had the best grandmother as a teacher.
  My house is home to a well-behaved and joyful dog and a few unobtrusive and invisible cats that observe everything from the roof of the orangery. Kids over 8.

The Operator’s enthusiasm for cooking, along with cherished family recipes passed down through generations, has been honed at prestigious Italian and international culinary schools. Participants will discover the secrets of making delicious and simple ravioli, or tagliatelle inspired by the Operator’s Bolognese nanny’s recipes. They will also learn to create authentic Italian gelato, which is easier than expected. Italian cuisine is straightforward to prepare, requiring only a few high-quality ingredients, which is why it tastes so delightful.

The cooking experience takes place in a picturesque setting surrounded by fruit trees and vibrant flowers, providing a delightful atmosphere for lunch or dinner above the rooftops of Milan. The location is conveniently close to iconic sites such as the Duomo Square, Leonardo’s Last Supper, the Prada Museum, and the Navigli. Situated in the Designer and Fashion district, with subway service running until 1 am, participants can safely explore the unforgettable and historic city of Milan.
