While the dough rests take a break to savor a selection of our premium Diadema wines and olive oil before learning another, unique, trick of the trade: making gelato and the cone for it! Hear all about the history of Italian ice-cream, discover the raw ingredients and learn where the best are produced from your entertaining chef. Mix the ingredients and whet your appetite watching the chocolate melt into the cream.

Delicious Pizza - Chef Diego was fantastic. We had a great time. Unlike other classes, you make your own pizza using your own dough that you made earlier in the class. School is on the second floor, ant the end of the hall. Also made waffle bowls and cones. Highly recommend.

Fun in the kitchen - This was a great experience for a non cook. Lots of interesting tips and tricks from Matteo who is so knowledgeable and charming. Highly recommended for young and old.

Matteo is fire - Matteo was an amazing chef/teacher. We took the pizza and gelato class…bravissima! I worked for a from scratch pizzeria where I grew up and I can’t wait to to make some subtle adjustments to my dough per Matteo’s suggestion. My family is eager for me to get home so I can make them a couple of delicious pizzas from scratch.

Pizza and ice cream classes - Very good time spent with our chef Fabrizio and the other couples participating in this course. A moment of exchange and sharing without forgetting our primary objective: Make delicious pizzas and homemade ice cream.
However, the course was interrupted many times by a late family, with children < 6 years old participating in the activity.
This course was not adapted to their ages, which greatly disturbed the course and atmosphere of this moment.
May review the accessibility of this course and cancellation in case of delay more than 30mn
Otherwise a big thank you to Fabrizio for his good humor, his clear explanations, his personal touch and this moment of sharing.

A nice time in good company! - Very good time spent with Chef Fabrizio and the other guests!
The pizzas were excellent! The chef explains the process well, everything is very well organized and we are back in the end! What could be better? The wine on offer is just as good as pizzas!
The only downside of the course, the presence of children.. I understand the idea of pizza classes for children but it will be better to make classes reserved for them.. we were interrupted several times..
And remember to come 15 minutes before! Out of respect for the chef and the guests..
Moreover, the place is not so easy to find (it is on the floor at the very bottom of the Mercato Centrale).
Thanks again to the chef for his time, his tricks and his kindness!

Must do if you’re in Milan and a Pizza Enthusiast! - Diego and Fabricio were some of the best guides and teachers we could have had. Incredibly knowledgeable, very friendly and helpful, and eager to make sure that everyone has a lot of fun, this class became our highlight during our stay in Milan. We did the Pizza/Gelato class but there are a bunch of others that you can take advantage of. Highly highly recommend!
