While the dough rests take a break to savor a selection of our premium Diadema wines and olive oil before learning another, unique, trick of the trade: making gelato and the cone for it! Hear all about the history of Italian ice-cream, discover the raw ingredients and learn where the best are produced from your entertaining chef. Mix the ingredients and whet your appetite watching the chocolate melt into the cream.
At the end of your pizza making class you will receive a Certificate of Attendance and full Recipe Digital Booklet to keep and use once back home with your friends and family.

Excellent! - Great evening!. Unlimited wine is probably not enough for the South Africans, but regardless it is great fun to get your hands dirty and make your own pizza!

Amazing class! - We absolutely loved this class! It was the highlight of our trip to Milan. Fabrizio was so knowledgeable. He made the class fun and interesting (and delicious).

Lovely evening - We arrived early and were given a very nice welcome. Fabricio and Diego were our hosts and we had a lovely evening. The homemade pizza tasted very good and we had fun doing the class.

What a fun night - We had a wonderful time learning to make pizza and gelato with Diego. Both were delicious and we had fun. I would have preferred a smaller class size like between 10-12 people.

Fantastic find in Milan - I took the pizza and gelato class given by Matteo and was honestly very impressed. I was a solo traveler who came to Milan a day early to avoid bad weather in the states. I booked Matteo’s class with little notice and I came away actually leaning something, enjoying the time, while leaving with a full stomach. Matteo was enthusiastic, clear, and his energy kept things fun at all times.

Hands on cooking class - So much fun our chef was very good and did a great job with my 14 year old son . We learned how to make gelato, waffle cones and pizza. Even a little history behind the name margarita pizza . Very good family or couple experience.
