Loved our 1/2 Day Private Tour of Milan - We had just one full day in Milan and spent it on a 4 hour walking tour with Rafa. She did a great job of covering the key sites while being mindful of my husbands need to stop and take some breaks along the way. We enjoyed learning about Milan while also getting to know each other. The personalization makes such a difference in our level of enjoyment!

Great guide & so much fun! - Our guide made our tour so fun! We wish we could take him with us on the rest of the tours in Italy. Great tour !! - I hope everyone gets Shan for their tour. He takes the time to know the person he is doing the tour with to provide a great experience. Great overview of Milan - We had a great experience with Reza. He contacted us before our tour to find out what we were interested in and then a few days before to confirm our meeting time and place. He had extensive knowledge of the city and its history and culture. He let us go at our own pace and made adjustments to fit our needs. We really enjoyed our day together and definitely felt we had gotten a great overview of the city.

Exploring Milan - This was exactly what we needed for our first full day in Milan. Our guide was very sweet and very knowledgeable. We got to see some the best spots in Milan that we wouldn’t have known about without her. It is a lot of walking so definitely wear comfortable shoes. Definitely recommend especially if it’s your first trip to Milan.

Tidbits about Milan but lacked depth - The guide was friendly and made an effort to reach out as soon as I booked this tour to discuss the itinerary. Due to my busy schedule, I was unable to do my own research until the day before the walking tour about the sights so agreed with the planned itinerary. He took as around the Duomo, nearby sites, Navigli and to see Leonardo’s Horse. However, our overall impression was this tour lacked depth. We hoped to understand Milan better but as a previous review mentioned, this was not historical at all but just a few tidbits here and there. He brought us to San Lorenzo Basilica which was very interesting (there was a chapel filled with bones) but when we asked why there were bones there, he said he didnt have that information (we appreciated the honesty, but also he brought us there so we hope he had more information about it..). We would have appreciated having a better narrative/story of Milan. We didnt need to go to so many places but would have appreciated a good explanation to understand the city better. Milan is a city rich in history and developments. We have had better tours than this one. In any case, whoever is interested in this tour, i recommend that you start early or very late since it’s tiring to walk in the middle of the day bec of the hot sun.
