Wonderful tour! - We had already taken a tour in Milan, but wanted to learn more about the iconic Duomo. Our guide was amazing and patient with our questions. The views from the top are absolutely fantastic!

Milano Duomo....an amazing visit! - A fascinating experience. The guide was both articulate and knowledgeable and always had excellent answers to our many questions. In particular, the guide's command of English was excellent.

Recommended!! - It wasn't my first time in Milan but I have to say that walking around the center with a guide was a revolutionary experience in my holiday! Very competent, cheerful and kind girl. I recommend booking in advance (and absolutely using the vouchers provided because the culinary products are truly exquisite!!)

Must do in Milan - This is a must do if you’re going to Milan!!! Linda with Bologna tours was an excellent guide! She took us through the main area of the Duomo, the archeological area underground, an the terraces and roof on top! She was super knowledgeable and answered all of our questions! It was a hot day! Wear a hat for outdoors and cover your knees and shoulders for inside the duomo. Also, there are 100 steps down so wear good shoes. Highly recommend!!!

Learned SO much about this beautiful church - Great tour. Our guide Ilaria was very knowledgeable and patient with us answering all of our questions and spending time where we wanted to. We got to skip the line and use the elevator to the terraces. I would definitely recommend her.

Great way to see the ALL of the Duomo! - Very knowledgeable guide and a great way to see both the rooftop and inside of the Duomo in one trip. A lot of other tours only offer one or the other. Our guide was an expert and showed us a lot of details and shared a lot of history behind the architecture. She also showed us the Galleria and gave us some good lunch recommendations nearby. You also get access to the museum afterwards. Highly recommend this tour for the value.

Cancellation 53 min before starting tour - They told me that they were canceling the tour 53 minutes before it started. I gave them options to get a guide in another language and schedules and they did not give me the tour. They did not want to reimburse me for my train that I changed to take the tour and there was no time to choose another tour, not even they could get it. I missed seeing the Duomo in Milan the main attraction. It's also very bad for TRIPADVISOR, which doesn't give me the option to replace the train and the operator says to see it with VIATOR, who was the one who hired them... So it wasn't Tripadvisor, it was the one who hired it...
