Supmindfulness unfolds in three stages.
The initial phase involves focus, breath control, and stabilization exercises conducted on land;
The subsequent phase is the conscious paddling session starting from the Darsena at a leisurely pace towards the Naviglio Grande; during this journey, my voice will guide you to experience your senses in a novel way!
The final phase is the aquatic meditation we’ll engage in while stationary in the Darsena, each on their individual board, lasting around twenty minutes.
Please remember, wearing a life jacket is compulsory for all, regardless of swimming proficiency.
