Great tour!!!!!! Not so courteous guest!!! - It was an wasy all day event. Great for family and kids. My kids loved it. Nikoli was our tour guide and he was great with information. Initially I got scared because my scheduled tour was cancelled and they offered me a different tour which actually better than the one I booked. They communicated well regarding the change and did not charge for upgrade fee.
I think my suggestion to make the tour better is to inform the guset about seating arrangement. Whatever seat they got from the begining of the tour should be their seat to the end of the tour. This should be a courtesy to the other guest. I ended up being separated with family since one guest took our seat and a lot got rearranged because of that one guest. (it is not the fault of the company since there was no rule about assigned seating) It is a long tour and I believe that guest should be seating wherever they are comfortable.
Otherwise, I will still recommend this tour.

Beautiful ride in the alps! - The train ride did not disappoint and the boat ride on Lake Como was also nice. Franco was great but the one complaint was not enough time at St Moritz. 1 1/2 hours didn’t leave much time to walk to the shopping and eating areas and do both.

Great tour and fantastic snow experience at end of April - It was a fantastic and great trip. Sonia the guide was exceptional and explained every detail with clarity leave no one needing to ask any questions or doubts. We got a lot of snow on the way up to St. Moritz in the train and even the lake at st moritz was frozen. All in all a great tour

great tour - Our Tour Guide was wonderful. She had a large group and gave explanations in three different languages. She was very knowledgeable, patient, funny, and made the trip a great experience. The train ride to St. Moritz was beautiful.

St Moritz too rushed - Disappointing that we booked tour to stay in St Moritz 2 hours .
I stead a church & boat ride in Como & only 45 minutes in St Moritz .
Not the tour we wete hoping for .
Train ride itself was excellent .

Terrible experience - Terrible experience. Feel cheated by the tour provider. We only told that we will not be riding the bernina train on the bus and left us with no choice. The provider should not even offer this tour if there was no bernina train. I paid AUD227 for the tour. I requested for a partial refund of AUD100 with Viator, but only refunded AUD41 train fare which is AUD20 less the fare on Bernina website. I am very disappointed with the service of Viator. AUD186 for an 8 hours bus ride, that is very expensive! I won’t book this tour If I knew the bernina train wasn’t working.

Bad experience - Bad experience. The guide did not gave a tour and we only knew that we will not be riding the bernina train on the bus. It almost feels like they deliberately only tell us when we were on the bus and left us with no choice. We only had 2.5hrs at St Mortiz and almost everything was closed. The provider should not even offer this tour if the bernina train is not working. What made me more upset was I was told to change the date of the tour due to some “Organization and viability reasons”. In the end, after refund for the bernina train tickets, I paid almost $170 for a bus ride that made me car sick the whole time. Terrible experience. If I knew the bernina train wasn’t working at attendance taking, I would have not gone.
