Beautiful tour - Beautiful ride to admire the wonders of the city from above. It 'a great service because in a few hours you can see almost all the most important places in Milan. I bought this excursion a few hours before my arrival at my destination and I must admit that I really enjoyed it. I highly recommend if possible, you can access through this transport to points of the city that you would hardly be able to see. The ticket purchased lasted a full day and you can access the means whenever you want (clearly staying in the chosen route).

Family on Board - My experience with the open bus tour in Milan was really great! The site is extremely intuitive, making buying tickets quick and easy. The tour was a perfect way to explore the city in total comfort, it is designed to allow you to admire the main points of interest of Milan in a single day, without hurry. In addition, the earbuds and maps provided were a great help to easily follow the audio tracks and orient yourself along the way. The audio guide is clear and full of fascinating details, adding significant value to the entire experience. Highly recommended really!

Wonderful experience in the center of Milan - We chose the Milan Open Tour to explore Milan with our family, and we were thrilled! The double-decker bus allowed us to enjoy the city's beauty from a unique perspective, with a stunning view. The audio guides were helpful to learn the history of each landmark, and the hop-on, hop-off option gave us the freedom to explore at our own pace. A perfect experience for both adults and kids, highly recommended for anyone wanting to discover Milan in a relaxed and scenic way!

A Comfortable Discovery of the City - The Milan tour was the most practical and flexible way to explore the city. Having little time available I chose this experience. This tour includes panoramic double-decker buses that cover well-designed itineraries, with strategic stops near major attractions.

excellent experience - My children had a lot of fun, we also liked to see the city comfortably seated, we went up to Piazza del Duomo a couple of times and went up to our hotel which fortunately was right in front of the stop. I would do it again!

Bad experience - December 21, 2024 we took the bus x visit Milan, the cost of the ticket nn is very cheap, ok that is valid 24h and the cost is 24€ , waiting times are about 50 minutes long , no table and timetables , we waited an hour at the Navigli stop x return to the station we had the train x return home from vacation , it passed and nn stopped, then took the tram x travel to get to the station .... Bad experience, nn the advice own, I went to claim but nothing (they said I had to raise my hand x make it stop) but what are you thinking!!!! So I also had to pay for the tram tickets x me is my husband!!! With me they can close their doors, nn I recommend it!!!

totally scammed - This is a joke company, it is not serious at all, it is the worst in Milan, never ever buy a tour with them, it is a total scam... a few weeks ago we bought the tour, we waited almost 2 hours and the bus never arrived... only the bus from another company arrived... that code to scan and see the bus in real time is useless, they should remove it from there... we went back to make the claim and they did not give us our money back, we lost €54 and we had the worst tour in Milan, if they cannot perform the service they should not have advertised it and continued scamming tourists, I don't know how, with so many complaints on this page, this company has not been reported yet and the Trenord company promotes and sells the tour without any notion, but when you go to complain, they don't assume responsibility, it's a real disaster.

A disaster - I don't know what happens to you. Eces the sightseein.This one takes 60', they don't stop if you don't warn them, they are ungainly and the audio doesn't explain things in detail. I've used, used the.other one there's color. I don't recommend it at all.

Use the other service - Please avoid at all costs, use the other operator so you don't have to stand jealously watching their hop on hop off service go past several times while you stand and wait in hope that a green one will eventually show up.
