Love Venice - The trip was good. My son and I chose to skip the glass blowing and explore a bit. Favorite part was the gondola ride. The guide was very, very clear about where to meet and what time to meet for the gondola ride and for our departure. I saw on here a bad review saying they didn’t know where to meet and we left behind. I will say there were some people that were late meeting for the gondola ride which meant everybody else stood around waiting for them and he got very upset about us wasting our time because of inconsiderate people. I appreciate that so at the end of the day when we all met three people weren’t there and he actually waited an extra few minutes and then we left them so anybody that says they got left behind it’s because they were inconsiderate and not on time. we had a great time while we were there

Not Worth the Money - Spent more time on the bus to and from Venice than IN Venice. The guide was not very informative, not very organized and didn’t add any value in my opinion. When we got there we were told that the water was very high so we ended up not being able to go to the glass factory because there was no way to get there. The tour company should have had boots for us to wear or at the very least allowed us time to buy some.

Venice, the floating city - Architecture of Venice and uniqueness of the town because of canals, Gondola ride was awesome. Grand canal looked overwhelming.

Venice is not very interesting - I could have easily skipped visiting Venice. It is not even half as beautiful as any area near Lake Como.

Uncomfortable and no access - Nine hours on the bus for four hours in Venice. Guided walking tour was impossible to hear and understand. Take the train and DIY. Big positive was guide Lorenzo. He was great.

ABSOLUTE WORST TOUR/TOUR GUIDE EVER !!! - Almost no information (itinerary, schedule, ect) was provided prior to tour date. Several messages were sent to tour POC and no response was ever received. Several other tour participants complained of the same issues. The tour POC, Monica, was completely unorganized, gave conflicting and confusing guidance, and essentially made this tour a complete waste of money. DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR ! If you are very unfortunate and have Monica you will be extremely disappointed. I will be reaching out to the management of the tour company as well to voice my extreme disappointment in this tour. I would score this tour a zero if I could. Buyer beware !!!! Avoid this company.

Left!! - The tour is too long and there should be more time for independent touring. There were two separate gathering times. Everything was rushed. Then the instructions given for the final meeting place were not clear. You are told a location and to take pictures of building instead of specifying a dock number, etc. While we’re standing where we were told to take a pic apparently the tour guide and group were on the boat. Assuming we had the wrong location bcz the “brown buildings (descriptor provided) “ began to look the same we walked up and down in the hot weather. We were left and had to find our way back to Milan. Better directions could be given & even a call could’ve been made. There was no way to contact anyone.
On a better note, the gondola ride was nice and there are some very nice shops.
