Wonderful experience and beautiful destination - I really enjoying browsing the local Venice markets and the food was wonderful. I also really enjoyed the glass blowing experience as I have never seen glass blown before. It was a very informative tour. Our guide Andre was great.

Nice time - Bus ride from Milan was comfortable. The guide and driver were great. Lots of good information, clear directions and instructions for when and where to meet.

Lovely Experience! - This was an amazing trip! Boat over to the main part of Venice was comfy and elegant. The guide was extremely friendly and we had a wonderful time. We did split from the main group once we got into the tour, as the pace was a little too intense for my 3 year old, but we met back at the meeting point at the end and traveled with everyone and it was an enjoyable experience.

Well Organized Tour - The trip started promptly on time! The drive from/and to Milan was smooth and there was one short stop (20 mins) for snacks/coffee and to use the bathrooms. Our tour guide (sorry cannot remember her name) was very pleasant, willing to answer any questions and gave everyone tons of historical information during the drive, also suggestion for things to in Milan. Pros: the conform of driving from Milan to Venice. Then the private boats in Venice=priceless. It would have been stressful and time consuming to organize all the logistics in one day. Cons: there is a lot of walking and not enough time to stop and enjoy. The group is constantly on the go. I would prefer to skip the visit to the Burano Factory and do more in Venice since there was very little time left to do things on my own (lunch, shopping, etc). For the sake of time (and if money is not an issue), skip their gondola ride suggestion and just take a gondola anywhere. No entrance to the Basilica nor Duccale are included in this tour.

Uncomfortable and no access - Nine hours on the bus for four hours in Venice. Guided walking tour was impossible to hear and understand. Take the train and DIY. Big positive was guide Lorenzo. He was great.

Venice - Venice is beautiful 😍 our driver was excellent. Our tour guide michaela (I think this was her name) could not be understood. Her English was terrible and no one knew what she was saying. Her Spanish was probably OK. But I don't speak Spanish. Because of this, instructions were not clear. People were lost or not back on time and she kept saying no one is listening to me but really no one could understand her. Very frustrating for her and for her passengers. So consequently we did not get back till 10pm.

Terrible Tour Guid3 - We were stuck with the most horrible tour guide. This guy name Eddy was by far the most awful human being I had ever encountered. The man was condescending, rude, and disrespectful. Viator was also responsible for not providing any details on this booking. The local company that handles this tour was also at fault for not providing clear instructions regarding the .meeting point of the tour.
