Lovely Experience! - This was an amazing trip! Boat over to the main part of Venice was comfy and elegant. The guide was extremely friendly and we had a wonderful time. We did split from the main group once we got into the tour, as the pace was a little too intense for my 3 year old, but we met back at the meeting point at the end and traveled with everyone and it was an enjoyable experience.

Awesome! - The tour was cool, few hours in a bus, 20 min boat ride, it has balance of a one hour walking tour upong reaching venice, shopping time, gondola ride is optional which is good too and time to take pictures & have lunch. So overall, the timing and itinerary for us was perfect. The tour guide was ok too.

Nice trip - Overall it is a great trip. The explanation of the Venice history of the tour guide really good and clear. The experience of gondola ride really good but need to prepare cash for it. The fee for gondola ride is not included in the package.

Fascinating Venice from Milan Day trip - We had an excellent guide that coordinated our logistics and made the experience very easy. Venice was awesome. The time allotted gave the traveler time for a sample of Venice. There were tons of tourists everywhere so I think this tour was just the right plan for me.

Zani Viaggi Venice Day trip - We booked another company's Venice trip through TripAdvisor. But when that tour was cancelled due to guide being ill, we booked Zani Viaggi tour through their website. It was easy to book, and bonus- cost less than other tour. Having done the other tour through other company previously here is what we noticed. Zani Viaggi used a big tour bus which was a little more comfortable, but meant more people on tour and bus driving time took even longer. The local tour guide Marco in Venice was wonderful- very humorous and knowledgeable. It was an extremely crowded weekend day in Venice- making navigating harder. Tour was shorter than tour we had with other company previously. That is both bad and good. Tour was in San Marco square only, then to a location nearby to see the glass making. We were allowed to skip that and go on to our free time. (Too hot for us to stay in that crowded hot room to see the glass making) The great thing about this tour was MORE FREE TIME! We really liked that. Read What to Expect- you will not see Rialto Bridge with the guide, but are free to do that on your own. Our guide with us on our bus and during the tour was Monica. She was wonderful keeping us all informed and together. Our bus drivers were also very good. Would we recommend- Yes! What to expec (not just this tour company, but any one from Milan to Venice tour)t: LONG LONG DAY (14+ hours), crowded, hectic! Bus trips take a long time to Venice- but you just ride and the guides take care of other details like the boat ride to Venice. Be prepared on this or any other tour to Venice by bringing water, Euros for the pay toilets, and come armed with your own maps so that you can find where you want to go. We did not do the gondola ride- but that is offered to you as an option. This is a taste of Venice- you will not be disappointed. You will be enchanted! We are grateful to have had the chance to return to Venice when last minute our other tour was cancelled and we scrambled and our hotel suggested Zani Viaggi. Thank you Zani Viaggi for making our dream of returning to Venice possible!

Venice - Venice is beautiful 😍 our driver was excellent. Our tour guide michaela (I think this was her name) could not be understood. Her English was terrible and no one knew what she was saying. Her Spanish was probably OK. But I don't speak Spanish. Because of this, instructions were not clear. People were lost or not back on time and she kept saying no one is listening to me but really no one could understand her. Very frustrating for her and for her passengers. So consequently we did not get back till 10pm.

Bad tour guide - The tour guide was rude and not helpful. He didn’t have interest in what he was doing and didn’t have a good attitude to help his clients.

Wasted my time and money! - The worst tour I’ve ever experienced! The guide’s accent was so strong I couldn’t understand more than 10% of what she was saying. When asked to repeat something she’d reply with an attitude like it’s my fault I didn’t understand. I spoke to at least a dozen other people on the tour and we all agreed she was unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. The bus was not a”luxury coach “ as advertised. The seats were uncomfortable and the leg room was less than the cheapest airline. I’ve taken several tours through Viator and they were all better than this. They should fire the guide and actually provide the “luxury coach “ advertised.!
